Mengubah Pengaturan Default Modem Telkomsel Flash

Seperti berikut:
192.168.1.1/html/index.html?version=22.001.10.00.03 (url hasil copy-an sebelum dihapus)
192.168.1.1/ (setelah dihapus bagian belakangnya)

Wuihh...kalau kurs rupiah sekarang 10rb per 1 dolar, jadinya hampir 1jt.

Terima kasih….

Subtitle The River Wild (English)

1
00:03:15,245 --> 00:03:16,767
Roarke!

2
00:03:17,214 --> 00:03:18,897
Roarke!

3
00:03:19,217 --> 00:03:23,382
I'm tellin' you for the 157th time,
turn that damned music off!

4
00:03:23,456 --> 00:03:27,758
It's singeing my hair!
You got to find your sneakers, buddy.

5
00:03:28,551 --> 00:03:29,843
Your old ones!

6
00:03:29,944 --> 00:03:32,880
Hey! See if you can
find Dad's sneakers!

7
00:03:33,519 --> 00:03:35,852
Dad? Come on, Mom.

8
00:03:37,410 --> 00:03:38,913
Why bother?

9
00:03:38,914 --> 00:03:41,008
He's just gonna cancel.

10
00:03:41,692 --> 00:03:45,834
- Dad always cancels.
- Somethin' came up those other times.

11
00:03:45,835 --> 00:03:47,962
I have a stomachache
in my mouth.

12
00:03:48,037 --> 00:03:49,972
- Oh, God.
- You do?

13
00:03:50,040 --> 00:03:53,976
Here we go. She pretends she's sick
so we don't leave her.

14
00:03:54,044 --> 00:03:56,479
Oh, stop.
It's just for a few days.

15
00:03:56,548 --> 00:03:59,609
With those notorious psychos,
your grandparents!

16
00:04:02,022 --> 00:04:04,491
Oh. Whoop, whoop, whoop.

17
00:04:04,559 --> 00:04:09,394
I almost got you packed.
Hi. I just can't find...

18
00:04:09,464 --> 00:04:12,025
your old sneakers.

19
00:04:12,101 --> 00:04:15,402
Um, can I talk to you
for a second?

20
00:04:19,110 --> 00:04:22,604
Oh, you're not gonna do this,
not three years in a row.

21
00:04:22,682 --> 00:04:25,845
Roarke, you take your sister
in the other room.

22
00:04:25,918 --> 00:04:28,513
- Come on, Willa.
- And shut the door.

23
00:04:28,589 --> 00:04:32,686
- Don't make this harder than it is.
- What are we to you, Tom?

24
00:04:32,761 --> 00:04:37,426
Are we just some gaggle of obligations
pulling on you, making you tired?

25
00:04:37,500 --> 00:04:41,529
Gail, Selvaggio didn't like my drawings.
They just weren't good enough.

26
00:04:41,605 --> 00:04:45,703
- They're giving the project to Parker.
- So let Parker do it.

27
00:04:45,778 --> 00:04:49,111
Fine, so let Parker do it.
Maggie, get off the quilt.

28
00:04:49,182 --> 00:04:51,377
Maggie!

29
00:04:51,451 --> 00:04:54,216
Get off the quilt!

30
00:04:54,288 --> 00:04:56,621
Maggie, get down.

31
00:04:56,692 --> 00:04:58,626
Good girl.

32
00:04:58,694 --> 00:05:01,562
Gail, how did this
become such a big deal?

33
00:05:01,631 --> 00:05:06,069
Oh, it's not as big as
the Selvaggio deal, clearly.

34
00:05:06,137 --> 00:05:08,628
But it is your son's
birthday again...

35
00:05:08,707 --> 00:05:11,040
and he thinks you don't
want to spend time with him.

36
00:05:11,110 --> 00:05:13,306
You understand that part?

37
00:05:21,122 --> 00:05:24,058
I do not treat you
like a baby.

38
00:05:24,126 --> 00:05:28,427
I treat you like a slob.
There's a difference. Oh!

39
00:05:30,434 --> 00:05:32,493
- Hi, Mom.
- Ohh.

40
00:05:32,570 --> 00:05:36,303
Oh, look at you.
It's so good to see you.

41
00:05:36,376 --> 00:05:39,539
- Hey!
- It's good to see you too, Grandpa.

42
00:05:39,612 --> 00:05:41,672
You have to sign, buddy.

43
00:05:41,749 --> 00:05:45,413
Hey! Oh, boy.
Oh, yeah.

44
00:05:45,487 --> 00:05:49,083
- You look good.
- Where's Tom?

45
00:05:49,158 --> 00:05:51,092
- Well...
- He didn't want to come.

46
00:05:51,160 --> 00:05:54,859
No, no. He's working.
He's really busy right now.

47
00:05:54,932 --> 00:05:57,231
Mags!

48
00:05:57,302 --> 00:05:59,236
Maggie!

49
00:06:06,847 --> 00:06:10,614
I think my marriage is over, Mama.

50
00:06:10,685 --> 00:06:12,620
Oh, Bean.

51
00:06:12,688 --> 00:06:15,020
Damn.

52
00:06:15,091 --> 00:06:17,026
Well, he, uh...

53
00:06:17,094 --> 00:06:21,031
just can't seem to make
time for us anymore.

54
00:06:21,099 --> 00:06:24,968
He's let himself get
so beaten up by his job.

55
00:06:25,037 --> 00:06:28,997
He hates it, but he spends
every waking minute over there.

56
00:06:29,075 --> 00:06:32,409
He hasn't been home
one weekend since Christmas.

57
00:06:32,480 --> 00:06:36,850
I don't know what it is
that he's trying to prove...

58
00:06:36,919 --> 00:06:39,946
but I'm really sick
of the whole thing.

59
00:06:40,023 --> 00:06:41,957
I'm sick of the whole fight.

60
00:06:42,025 --> 00:06:45,224
Everything has become
unbelievably hard.

61
00:06:45,297 --> 00:06:49,758
Huh. Honey, forgive me,
but you don't know what hard is.

62
00:06:49,836 --> 00:06:52,964
That's because
you give yourself an out.

63
00:06:54,408 --> 00:06:56,343
In our generation,
we had no out.

64
00:06:56,411 --> 00:06:58,538
That was the pact
of marriage.

65
00:06:58,613 --> 00:07:01,913
Do you think
if I gave myself an out...

66
00:07:01,984 --> 00:07:07,013
with your father, given his
orneriness and his deafness...

67
00:07:07,090 --> 00:07:10,151
that I wouldn't
have taken it years ago?

68
00:07:15,502 --> 00:07:17,436
Mom.

69
00:07:28,451 --> 00:07:30,977
Here, let me take that one.

70
00:07:31,054 --> 00:07:32,988
- Roarke.
- Yeah.

71
00:07:33,057 --> 00:07:37,722
- Go buy me a map and get the tags.
- Okay.

72
00:07:37,796 --> 00:07:42,325
The ranger said I had to get tags.
I thought this was all I needed.

73
00:07:42,402 --> 00:07:45,930
This just confirms
your reservation.

74
00:07:46,007 --> 00:07:49,239
There you go.
Here's your three tags.

75
00:07:49,311 --> 00:07:51,245
If a ranger asks,
show them to him.

76
00:07:51,313 --> 00:07:55,809
- Can I buy those two first-aid kits?
- Sure. Make it 50 bucks even.

77
00:07:55,886 --> 00:07:58,047
Some of the Band-Aids are missing.

78
00:07:58,122 --> 00:08:02,025
- Guy tore his ear up on a fishhook.
- Ouch.

79
00:08:02,093 --> 00:08:04,927
Thank you very much.

80
00:08:08,369 --> 00:08:10,803
Here.
And could I have a map?

81
00:08:17,147 --> 00:08:19,878
I wish you were too, Pop.

82
00:08:19,951 --> 00:08:25,014
Remember the trip down
the Snake River when I was twelve?

83
00:08:26,693 --> 00:08:28,718
That was the greatest.

84
00:08:31,198 --> 00:08:33,666
Thanks.

85
00:08:35,937 --> 00:08:38,872
Whoa, there, partner.
Are you okay?

86
00:08:38,940 --> 00:08:40,876
Yeah, I just got
to get new feet.

87
00:08:40,944 --> 00:08:43,411
Until you do,
you better slow on down.

88
00:08:43,479 --> 00:08:46,712
- You went to that concert?
- What?

89
00:08:46,784 --> 00:08:49,583
Oh, yeah. Yeah.

90
00:08:49,655 --> 00:08:52,090
- Great show.
- So you saw Jane's Addiction.

91
00:08:52,158 --> 00:08:54,490
Wish I could've seen them
before they broke up.

92
00:08:54,561 --> 00:08:58,430
- Uh-huh.
- So, you goin' down the river alone?

93
00:08:58,499 --> 00:09:00,764
No. Me and a couple
of my buddies.

94
00:09:00,836 --> 00:09:03,601
- Who are you goin' with?
- My mom.

95
00:09:03,673 --> 00:09:06,198
Oh, yeah?
This is a pretty tough river.

96
00:09:06,275 --> 00:09:08,210
She used to be a guide here.

97
00:09:08,278 --> 00:09:11,076
She wants me to go down the river
before it gets polluted.

98
00:09:11,148 --> 00:09:12,776
What about your daddy?

99
00:09:12,851 --> 00:09:16,845
He had to stay home and
do one of his stupid drawings.

100
00:09:16,922 --> 00:09:19,391
Too bad.

101
00:09:19,459 --> 00:09:22,690
Is that your mom?

102
00:09:22,763 --> 00:09:25,733
Yeah.

103
00:09:25,800 --> 00:09:27,792
I'm Wade.
What's your name?

104
00:09:27,870 --> 00:09:29,804
- Roarke.
- Good to meet you, Roarke.

105
00:09:29,872 --> 00:09:32,273
Mom! Mom!
This is Wade.

106
00:09:32,342 --> 00:09:35,642
- He's goin' down the river too.
- Hi, Wade. I'm Gail.

107
00:09:35,713 --> 00:09:38,148
Great idea, showing Roarke the river
before they ruin it.

108
00:09:40,420 --> 00:09:42,411
Wade!

109
00:09:42,488 --> 00:09:46,550
- Come on! We gotta go!
- Be right there.

110
00:09:46,627 --> 00:09:49,597
He tells me you used
to be a guide here.

111
00:09:49,664 --> 00:09:51,929
Oh! About 150 years ago.

112
00:09:52,001 --> 00:09:54,334
You must know the river
pretty well, then.

113
00:09:54,404 --> 00:09:57,339
- Well, I used to.
- How far you going?

114
00:09:57,407 --> 00:09:59,341
End of the line, Bridal Creek.

115
00:09:59,409 --> 00:10:01,345
Oh, yeah? Us too.

116
00:10:01,413 --> 00:10:04,576
- Oh, great.
- Come on, Wade! We're dyin' here!

117
00:10:04,650 --> 00:10:08,087
I wish I were going with you guys.

118
00:10:11,992 --> 00:10:14,120
Well.

119
00:10:14,196 --> 00:10:16,130
Here you go, Roarke.

120
00:10:16,198 --> 00:10:18,189
Keep the sun
out of your eyes.

121
00:10:18,267 --> 00:10:21,465
Wow! No way!

122
00:10:21,538 --> 00:10:24,769
- What do you say, Roarke?
- Oh, yeah. Thanks.

123
00:10:24,842 --> 00:10:28,439
Well, uh, see you
on the river, I guess.

124
00:10:28,514 --> 00:10:30,641
I don't know.
We're gonna be goin' fast.

125
00:10:30,716 --> 00:10:33,583
- Let's go, Wade!
- I'm comin'. I'm comin'.

126
00:10:34,650 --> 00:10:37,085
I said the right oar!

127
00:10:37,154 --> 00:10:40,420
- Okay, the right one!
- Yeah! Take it!

128
00:10:40,491 --> 00:10:42,460
Get off my damn foot!

129
00:10:42,528 --> 00:10:45,089
It'll be a long haul
with him at the oars.

130
00:10:45,165 --> 00:10:47,531
Guy in back
knows what he's doing.

131
00:10:47,600 --> 00:10:50,161
Frank used to be
a guide on the Colorado.

132
00:10:50,237 --> 00:10:52,763
- Push with both oars!
- It's Dad!

133
00:10:52,840 --> 00:10:55,275
Daddy!

134
00:10:55,344 --> 00:11:00,476
Is this where you sign up
for river rafting lessons?

135
00:11:02,186 --> 00:11:05,520
I got a dry jacket
and a pair of reef walkers.

136
00:11:05,590 --> 00:11:09,118
The guy at the camping store
said that's all I'll need.

137
00:11:09,195 --> 00:11:11,857
What happened to Mr. Selvaggio?

138
00:11:11,932 --> 00:11:13,866
I brought him with me.

139
00:11:13,934 --> 00:11:17,928
Let's go boys.
One... two... three.

140
00:11:18,006 --> 00:11:20,532
Let's do it!
Jump on!

141
00:11:20,609 --> 00:11:24,842
- Bye-bye, Mommy!
- See you at Bridal Creek!

142
00:11:24,914 --> 00:11:27,246
Whoa!

143
00:11:27,317 --> 00:11:29,843
Whoa! That's it!

144
00:11:29,920 --> 00:11:33,687
I love you too!

145
00:11:54,185 --> 00:11:56,154
Roarke.

146
00:11:57,222 --> 00:11:59,520
Roarke.

147
00:12:00,627 --> 00:12:02,219
Roarke!

148
00:12:11,674 --> 00:12:14,109
It's beautiful.

149
00:12:14,178 --> 00:12:16,510
- Yeah.
- Really.

150
00:12:32,901 --> 00:12:36,838
Okay, sweetie,
put your helmet on, please.

151
00:12:36,906 --> 00:12:38,737
Mom.

152
00:12:38,808 --> 00:12:42,541
You don't have to wear it all the time,
but we got some rapids comin' up here.

153
00:12:44,516 --> 00:12:48,146
- Just give me a hand, damn it!
- It's coming up!

154
00:12:50,356 --> 00:12:52,291
You all right?

155
00:12:52,359 --> 00:12:55,386
If you're gonna sit there in the back...

156
00:12:55,463 --> 00:12:58,399
you should sit on
the floor in the center.

157
00:12:58,467 --> 00:13:01,630
- I can't see from there.
- Well, then, sit in front.

158
00:13:01,704 --> 00:13:03,673
I like it here.

159
00:13:03,740 --> 00:13:06,140
Okay.

160
00:13:07,678 --> 00:13:10,147
Here we go!

161
00:13:10,215 --> 00:13:12,343
Woo-hoo! Heh!

162
00:13:12,419 --> 00:13:15,445
Wow, this is great!

163
00:13:18,893 --> 00:13:21,863
Yes! Hold on, Maggie!

164
00:13:24,132 --> 00:13:29,162
Look out for that rock!

165
00:13:36,215 --> 00:13:38,149
Ohh!

166
00:13:38,217 --> 00:13:40,846
Whoa!

167
00:13:42,089 --> 00:13:45,890
That was great!
But where's Dad?

168
00:13:45,961 --> 00:13:48,395
He's swimming.

169
00:13:50,733 --> 00:13:53,998
- Point your feet down!
- Point your toes, Dad!

170
00:13:54,070 --> 00:13:58,133
Could you just stop laughing
for a second and help me into the boat?

171
00:14:00,513 --> 00:14:02,413
- Ohh!
- Oh!

172
00:14:04,751 --> 00:14:07,744
Is this the biggest one, Mom?

173
00:14:07,821 --> 00:14:09,756
The biggest one's
the Gauntlet.

174
00:14:09,824 --> 00:14:11,759
That's a five-plus.

175
00:14:11,827 --> 00:14:14,262
That's off the scale.

176
00:14:14,331 --> 00:14:18,062
- When do we do that one?
- Well, we don't do that one.

177
00:14:18,134 --> 00:14:21,104
That's after the take-out
at Bridal Creek.

178
00:14:21,173 --> 00:14:24,370
- You can't go down there.
- Have you ever done it?

179
00:14:24,443 --> 00:14:27,902
- Mom is saying it's too dangerous.
- For you, maybe.

180
00:14:27,981 --> 00:14:30,916
Roarke. Honey,
I went down the Gauntlet...

181
00:14:30,984 --> 00:14:34,752
when I was 18 years old
with two other guides...

182
00:14:34,823 --> 00:14:36,758
experienced guides.

183
00:14:36,826 --> 00:14:39,420
And we were just lucky.

184
00:14:39,495 --> 00:14:43,432
But there were two other people
that summer who did not get so lucky.

185
00:14:43,500 --> 00:14:47,995
One guy got killed,
and the other one is paralyzed for life.

186
00:14:48,073 --> 00:14:52,670
Don't worry. We're gonna hit
some threes and some four-pluses...

187
00:14:52,746 --> 00:14:56,649
and we will risk death
a number of times on this trip.

188
00:14:56,717 --> 00:15:00,051
So you're gonna scream,
you're gonna be so happy.

189
00:15:01,790 --> 00:15:05,454
- Hey, look, Mom, there's Wade!
- Hello, the shore!

190
00:15:05,528 --> 00:15:08,692
- Hello, the boat!
- Is everybody okay?

191
00:15:08,766 --> 00:15:11,930
- Yeah, I just got a cramp!
- We're trying to work it out.

192
00:15:12,003 --> 00:15:14,631
Hey, who's your friend, Gail?

193
00:15:14,706 --> 00:15:18,667
Oh, this is Tom,
uh, Roarke's father.

194
00:15:18,745 --> 00:15:22,614
Oh, no. You didn't tell him
about us, did you?

195
00:15:22,684 --> 00:15:24,709
No.

196
00:15:24,787 --> 00:15:29,225
Hey, Roarke!
Don't tell those fish we're comin'!

197
00:15:31,461 --> 00:15:35,398
All right,
let's bring a little line in, okay?

198
00:15:35,466 --> 00:15:38,561
We're gonna aim for that ripple
right over there. See?

199
00:15:38,637 --> 00:15:40,697
Ten, two, ten, two...

200
00:15:40,773 --> 00:15:42,707
ten, release!

201
00:15:42,775 --> 00:15:44,403
Then let go of your line.

202
00:15:44,478 --> 00:15:48,415
Why don't you ask your dad
if he wants to come over?

203
00:15:48,483 --> 00:15:51,817
Hey, Dad, you wanna try this?

204
00:15:51,887 --> 00:15:54,014
Not now!
Thanks, buddy!

205
00:15:54,090 --> 00:15:57,755
Do you think
he even knows he left Boston?

206
00:15:57,829 --> 00:16:00,264
Yeah, he knows.

207
00:16:00,332 --> 00:16:05,168
But he took two planes
and a charter just to get here, so...

208
00:16:05,237 --> 00:16:07,173
let's give him a break.

209
00:16:07,241 --> 00:16:11,338
- Try it again.
- Why are you suddenly on his side?

210
00:16:11,413 --> 00:16:14,349
I'm on everybody's side.
I'm the mother.

211
00:16:14,416 --> 00:16:16,884
- You got it! That's it!
- Look, Mom!

212
00:16:16,952 --> 00:16:20,412
You got a nice one, buddy.
He's a beauty.

213
00:16:20,491 --> 00:16:22,425
Let's get him.
There he is.

214
00:16:22,493 --> 00:16:24,428
Come here.
Come here, sweetheart.

215
00:16:24,496 --> 00:16:28,399
Look, Daddy.
Oh, it's a monster.

216
00:16:28,467 --> 00:16:30,935
You know,
this is the first time...

217
00:16:31,003 --> 00:16:34,600
we've all had dinner together
since Mom's birthday.

218
00:16:38,280 --> 00:16:42,046
Hello, the Gail, Roarke
and Tom family!

219
00:16:42,117 --> 00:16:44,643
This is the Wade raft
passing you by!

220
00:16:44,721 --> 00:16:47,919
Hey, Wade!
I caught two fish today!

221
00:16:47,992 --> 00:16:50,188
First time I ever fished!

222
00:16:50,262 --> 00:16:52,288
Must be that lucky hat!

223
00:16:52,365 --> 00:16:58,202
Hey, Roarke, if that hat's so lucky,
I want it back!

224
00:17:13,892 --> 00:17:16,690
Hi.

225
00:17:16,762 --> 00:17:19,857
- He's down.
- Mm-hmm.

226
00:17:19,933 --> 00:17:22,960
Well, had a big day.

227
00:17:27,042 --> 00:17:29,807
It's kind of warm.

228
00:17:31,849 --> 00:17:33,874
That's the way I like it.

229
00:17:40,793 --> 00:17:44,594
Did you finish
your sketches yet?

230
00:17:47,602 --> 00:17:49,797
No. No, I didn't.

231
00:17:49,871 --> 00:17:52,170
And it's not a sketch, Gail.

232
00:17:52,241 --> 00:17:55,699
- You know, it's very important.
- Very important, I know.

233
00:17:55,778 --> 00:17:57,714
- So, tomorrow...
- What?

234
00:17:57,782 --> 00:18:01,583
Could you just pretend
to like it here a little bit?

235
00:18:01,653 --> 00:18:04,087
For Roarke's sake,
if not for mine.

236
00:18:04,156 --> 00:18:09,095
I don't do too bad at pretending
to like your stuff, so...

237
00:18:12,166 --> 00:18:15,763
Is that what you do?
Pretend to like my stuff?

238
00:18:15,838 --> 00:18:19,774
- No. You know, that's not what I mean.
- You don't have to.

239
00:18:19,842 --> 00:18:24,041
And just don't.
And don't do me any favors, either.

240
00:18:24,115 --> 00:18:26,914
I don't.

241
00:18:28,887 --> 00:18:30,821
I won't.

242
00:18:35,563 --> 00:18:37,497
Gail.

243
00:18:37,565 --> 00:18:41,594
- Listen, don't you ever realize...
- Let's just stop, okay?

244
00:18:41,671 --> 00:18:43,902
You never...
Oh, please!

245
00:18:51,349 --> 00:18:55,013
Whoa, it's cold!

246
00:18:55,087 --> 00:18:56,988
Whoo!

247
00:19:06,703 --> 00:19:09,194
Wow!

248
00:19:10,273 --> 00:19:14,040
Hey, look, Mom!
Graffiti!

249
00:19:14,111 --> 00:19:16,341
Oh, wow!

250
00:19:16,414 --> 00:19:19,816
Those are pictographs.
They were made by people...

251
00:19:19,886 --> 00:19:23,015
who lived here thousands of years
before white men came.

252
00:19:23,090 --> 00:19:25,116
So those are their hands?

253
00:19:25,193 --> 00:19:27,923
Those markings might've been
made by a boy your age...

254
00:19:27,996 --> 00:19:30,488
while he was
on his vision quest.

255
00:19:30,566 --> 00:19:33,297
See?

256
00:19:34,471 --> 00:19:37,908
Are you sure there's
fish around here, Mom?

257
00:19:39,177 --> 00:19:41,839
Over there, honey.

258
00:19:43,982 --> 00:19:45,917
Right in the current.

259
00:19:45,985 --> 00:19:48,476
Hey there!

260
00:19:51,191 --> 00:19:53,126
We've been waitin' for you.

261
00:19:53,194 --> 00:19:57,154
I should've suspected something
when he had us camp at the walk-out.

262
00:19:57,233 --> 00:20:00,169
Frank and Terry'd been
arguing most of the day.

263
00:20:00,237 --> 00:20:03,173
Frank used to be married
to my sister...

264
00:20:03,241 --> 00:20:05,175
until she realized
what a butthole he was.

265
00:20:05,243 --> 00:20:08,179
Anyway, Frank said things
he shouldn't have said.

266
00:20:08,247 --> 00:20:11,183
And this morning,
we woke up and he was gone.

267
00:20:11,251 --> 00:20:14,278
Why didn't you guys just follow him out,
walk out with him?

268
00:20:14,355 --> 00:20:17,257
That would have been
the smart thing to do...

269
00:20:17,326 --> 00:20:19,726
but I didn't want
to give him the satisfaction.

270
00:20:19,795 --> 00:20:22,766
And what he was doin' with the oars
didn't look that hard...

271
00:20:22,833 --> 00:20:27,100
so we just headed downriver...
and we saw this.

272
00:20:27,172 --> 00:20:30,107
That's when we decided
to wait for you guys.

273
00:20:30,175 --> 00:20:33,771
- Wade said you used to be a guide here.
- Yeah. Roarke, come over here.

274
00:20:33,846 --> 00:20:37,305
Is there any way
we could walk out of here...

275
00:20:37,384 --> 00:20:40,786
- like go up the canyon and...
- Uh, well, you might...

276
00:20:40,855 --> 00:20:44,314
but once you got up
to that canyon rim...

277
00:20:44,393 --> 00:20:48,023
and headed back to the ranger station,
there's a huge gorge.

278
00:20:48,098 --> 00:20:50,726
You'd have to walk around it.

279
00:20:50,800 --> 00:20:54,533
Even if you had the equipment
and knew what you were doing...

280
00:20:54,606 --> 00:20:58,304
and where you were going,
it'd take you five or six days.

281
00:21:01,415 --> 00:21:04,249
Looks like we're stuck.

282
00:21:04,319 --> 00:21:06,253
Well, we...

283
00:21:06,321 --> 00:21:10,588
- I could get you as far as Bridal Creek.
- Yeah.

284
00:21:11,761 --> 00:21:15,460
We... wouldn't want
to be a burden.

285
00:21:16,567 --> 00:21:18,797
Well...

286
00:21:18,870 --> 00:21:22,501
it doesn't look
like you have much choice.

287
00:21:22,575 --> 00:21:25,203
All right.

288
00:21:25,278 --> 00:21:28,271
Anyway, it's not as bad as it looks.

289
00:21:28,349 --> 00:21:31,478
- You just got to stay to the right.
- Maggie!

290
00:21:31,553 --> 00:21:34,386
There's a bad hole on the left.
Don't hit that.

291
00:21:34,456 --> 00:21:35,481
No.

292
00:21:35,558 --> 00:21:38,050
Come on, Mags! Time to go!

293
00:21:38,128 --> 00:21:42,065
Honey, would you go up
and get her?

294
00:21:42,133 --> 00:21:46,730
Stay to the right, and if you
do go swimming, which you won't...

295
00:21:46,806 --> 00:21:50,834
point your feet downstream
and hold on to your jacket.

296
00:21:50,911 --> 00:21:53,176
Just let
the current take you.

297
00:21:53,247 --> 00:21:55,681
Don't command the river.
Let the river command you.

298
00:21:55,750 --> 00:21:59,949
Hey, I don't live my life like that,
and I don't think you do, either.

299
00:22:01,959 --> 00:22:03,893
Maggie!

300
00:22:03,961 --> 00:22:06,192
Maggie! Come!

301
00:22:06,264 --> 00:22:08,494
Come on, girl!

302
00:22:08,567 --> 00:22:12,197
Maggie!

303
00:22:12,271 --> 00:22:14,297
Maggie, come.

304
00:22:16,110 --> 00:22:18,237
What do you got there, girl?

305
00:22:18,312 --> 00:22:22,683
You all right, girl?

306
00:22:22,750 --> 00:22:25,345
Maggie, come!

307
00:22:25,421 --> 00:22:28,449
Come, Maggie!

308
00:22:34,766 --> 00:22:37,292
Dogs.

309
00:22:37,370 --> 00:22:39,931
Yeah.

310
00:22:46,455 --> 00:22:50,825
- Buckle your life jacket. Stay right.
- All right.

311
00:22:50,894 --> 00:22:52,829
- Just relax.
- Relax, huh?

312
00:22:52,897 --> 00:22:55,696
Yeah. Relax.

313
00:22:55,767 --> 00:22:59,670
- I want you to be the best you can be.
- Best I can be.

314
00:22:59,739 --> 00:23:04,041
Let me get down there first.
I'll be waitin' for ya.

315
00:23:04,112 --> 00:23:07,275
All right!
Come on, Maggie! Here we go!

316
00:23:07,349 --> 00:23:09,283
Tom, better put the map away.

317
00:23:09,351 --> 00:23:12,288
We're gonna go through
our first whoop-dee-doos.

318
00:23:12,356 --> 00:23:15,883
- You might want to take a secure seat.
- What?

319
00:23:15,959 --> 00:23:19,157
- Here we go!
- Hold on, Roarke!

320
00:23:29,977 --> 00:23:33,379
Here we go!

321
00:23:46,097 --> 00:23:48,498
- Oh, great!
- Oh, boy.

322
00:23:52,639 --> 00:23:54,575
All right.

323
00:23:54,643 --> 00:23:56,907
Here we go.

324
00:24:01,851 --> 00:24:05,413
She said stay on the right,
remember?

325
00:24:05,489 --> 00:24:07,856
- You remember, right?
- Oh, man.

326
00:24:07,926 --> 00:24:10,157
She wasn't playing around.

327
00:24:11,731 --> 00:24:14,222
Whoo!

328
00:24:16,203 --> 00:24:18,137
Go right!

329
00:24:19,641 --> 00:24:23,408
Get us over, Wade!
Oh, shit!

330
00:24:23,479 --> 00:24:25,812
Oh, my God.

331
00:24:25,882 --> 00:24:29,750
- The right, Wade! To the right!
- Shut up!

332
00:24:32,423 --> 00:24:35,861
Oh, my God!
They're on the wrong side!

333
00:24:35,929 --> 00:24:38,796
Get over!
You gotta turn!

334
00:24:38,865 --> 00:24:43,065
There's a rock here!

335
00:24:43,137 --> 00:24:45,436
Wade!

336
00:25:00,759 --> 00:25:02,990
Get in the front!
We're gonna pick 'em up!

337
00:25:07,168 --> 00:25:09,193
Wade's lost his jacket!

338
00:25:14,344 --> 00:25:18,509
Wade can't swim!
He's back there! He can't swim!

339
00:25:18,582 --> 00:25:21,450
Pull him in!
Pull him in!

340
00:25:21,520 --> 00:25:24,115
Get in the back.
We're goin' to him!

341
00:25:24,190 --> 00:25:26,523
There he is!

342
00:25:29,096 --> 00:25:32,191
Wade! Hold on, buddy!

343
00:25:32,267 --> 00:25:34,258
Wade!

344
00:25:34,335 --> 00:25:36,270
He went under!

345
00:25:36,338 --> 00:25:38,102
Wade!

346
00:25:38,175 --> 00:25:41,235
Where is he?

347
00:25:41,311 --> 00:25:43,712
He's still under!

348
00:25:43,781 --> 00:25:46,273
- Get the throw bag, Roarke!
- Hold on, Wade!

349
00:26:03,407 --> 00:26:06,399
Right there!

350
00:26:25,534 --> 00:26:28,003
Here's the rope! Over here!

351
00:26:28,071 --> 00:26:31,098
- You okay?
- Wow, Dad!

352
00:26:31,175 --> 00:26:34,577
Come on, man. We got ya.

353
00:26:34,646 --> 00:26:36,773
- Tom!
- Hey, Wade!

354
00:26:36,848 --> 00:26:40,308
You almost drown!

355
00:26:40,387 --> 00:26:44,381
Wow! One of these days
I have got to learn how to swim.

356
00:26:47,363 --> 00:26:49,695
You okay? Nice job.

357
00:26:49,765 --> 00:26:52,633
I'm okay.

358
00:26:57,675 --> 00:27:00,702
Oh, I got that.
I got it.

359
00:27:00,779 --> 00:27:04,011
Okay.

360
00:27:07,821 --> 00:27:11,258
I want to thank you, Tom.
You saved my life.

361
00:27:11,326 --> 00:27:13,590
Oh, don't worry about it.

362
00:27:13,662 --> 00:27:16,325
You didn't have
to hit me, though.

363
00:27:19,236 --> 00:27:21,171
Yes, I did.

364
00:27:32,253 --> 00:27:35,587
Just turn it around.
Get it straight up and down.

365
00:27:35,657 --> 00:27:37,591
- Pull out some.
- All right.

366
00:27:37,659 --> 00:27:41,460
Point that thumb
where you want the fly to go.

367
00:27:41,531 --> 00:27:43,727
Ten and two and release.

368
00:27:43,801 --> 00:27:45,735
At the top of the news:

369
00:27:45,803 --> 00:27:48,637
The car believed to have been used in
the robbery of the livestock auction...

370
00:27:48,707 --> 00:27:51,575
at the Flathead County Fairgrounds
Sunday was found abandoned...

371
00:27:51,644 --> 00:27:53,977
on a back road
near the Canadian border...

372
00:27:54,047 --> 00:27:57,483
in the robbery that netted
nearly a quarter of a million dollars.

373
00:27:57,552 --> 00:28:01,488
- A security guard was killed.
- What? What'd I do?

374
00:28:01,556 --> 00:28:05,119
My dad's been telling
my mother for 30 years...

375
00:28:05,195 --> 00:28:08,528
that they're going to rob
this cattle auction.

376
00:28:08,598 --> 00:28:11,090
- And finally somebody did it.
- Cattle auction?

377
00:28:11,168 --> 00:28:14,263
He's gonna be very happy.
Yeah, on the radio.

378
00:28:14,339 --> 00:28:16,274
- They just...
- Wow.

379
00:28:16,342 --> 00:28:19,971
You guys known each other
a long time?

380
00:28:20,046 --> 00:28:22,845
Me and Wade go way back.

381
00:28:22,916 --> 00:28:25,181
We just met Frank in Tulsa.

382
00:28:25,253 --> 00:28:28,656
L... I thought Frank
was married to your sister.

383
00:28:28,724 --> 00:28:33,355
- Oh, yeah. She lives in Tulsa.
- Oh.

384
00:28:33,430 --> 00:28:36,923
So what do you do when you're not
trying to drown yourself on a river?

385
00:28:37,001 --> 00:28:40,166
- I'm a skier, ski bum.
- Oh, yeah?

386
00:28:41,708 --> 00:28:43,801
What about you?
What do you do?

387
00:28:43,877 --> 00:28:48,247
I teach history
for a school for the deaf.

388
00:28:48,315 --> 00:28:51,548
Tom is an architect.

389
00:28:51,621 --> 00:28:54,590
I could tell you were a teacher.

390
00:28:54,657 --> 00:28:56,648
- Little bossy?
- No, no.

391
00:28:56,726 --> 00:29:00,027
- Ladies sure do like Wade.
- Yeah?

392
00:29:00,098 --> 00:29:01,998
Let's try again.

393
00:29:02,066 --> 00:29:05,628
- Ten, two, ten, two.
- Yeah, sure do.

394
00:29:05,704 --> 00:29:07,865
You keep trying to bring
your left hand up.

395
00:29:11,646 --> 00:29:13,580
Hey, Tom.

396
00:29:22,993 --> 00:29:25,462
I don't like those guys.

397
00:29:25,530 --> 00:29:27,897
I think we should leave
them behind tomorrow.

398
00:29:27,967 --> 00:29:31,198
They're all right.
They're just those kind of guys...

399
00:29:31,270 --> 00:29:34,399
that just never
got over their adolescence.

400
00:29:34,475 --> 00:29:36,410
There's lots of them up here.

401
00:29:36,478 --> 00:29:39,380
Why are you defending him?

402
00:29:40,783 --> 00:29:45,118
Who? Wade?

403
00:29:45,188 --> 00:29:47,783
- I'm not defending him.
- Yes, you are.

404
00:29:47,859 --> 00:29:51,489
You sound like you're jealous.

405
00:29:51,562 --> 00:29:54,054
I'm not jealous...

406
00:29:54,132 --> 00:29:56,795
even though you did
drape yourself all over him.

407
00:29:56,870 --> 00:30:00,467
I did not drape myself.

408
00:30:00,542 --> 00:30:03,875
That is the way you teach
somebody to fly cast, honey.

409
00:30:03,945 --> 00:30:06,380
Oh, Gail. He knew exactly
what he was doing.

410
00:30:06,449 --> 00:30:11,353
Well, you know, they did get in over
their heads and they lost their guide.

411
00:30:11,421 --> 00:30:14,983
If something happened to me, and you
and Roarke were alone on the river...

412
00:30:15,059 --> 00:30:17,050
I would want somebody
to help you.

413
00:30:17,128 --> 00:30:19,495
I'm sorry.
Maybe I am being a jerk about Wade.

414
00:30:19,565 --> 00:30:24,299
But that still doesn't change
that I just think... something's off.

415
00:30:26,073 --> 00:30:28,042
Go get it, Maggie.

416
00:30:30,647 --> 00:30:32,672
Bring it here. Come on.

417
00:30:32,749 --> 00:30:37,415
Good girl, good girl.

418
00:30:37,489 --> 00:30:40,788
Go get it, Maggie.

419
00:30:42,929 --> 00:30:47,128
- Hey, Gail.
- Hey.

420
00:30:47,200 --> 00:30:51,865
- I found a hot spring.
- Yeah, isn't it great?

421
00:30:51,940 --> 00:30:56,139
If you feel the water down here,
it's really warm.

422
00:30:56,211 --> 00:31:00,240
- Oh, man. People.
- Go get it, Maggie.

423
00:31:00,318 --> 00:31:03,412
- Yeah.
- Good, good girl.

424
00:31:03,487 --> 00:31:06,788
Listen, I was wonderin', uh...

425
00:31:06,859 --> 00:31:09,327
What's the river like
below Bridle Creek?

426
00:31:09,395 --> 00:31:13,298
Oh, it's really spectacular down there.
It's unbelievable.

427
00:31:13,367 --> 00:31:15,495
Then how come people
don't go down there?

428
00:31:15,570 --> 00:31:18,335
Well, you're not allowed
to take rafts down there anymore.

429
00:31:18,407 --> 00:31:22,241
It's just... Rapids are unrunnable.
It's treacherous.

430
00:31:22,312 --> 00:31:24,576
I bet you ran it though,
didn't you?

431
00:31:24,648 --> 00:31:28,312
I did. I did.

432
00:31:28,386 --> 00:31:32,188
I was 18 and completely insane.

433
00:31:32,258 --> 00:31:36,388
I bet you'd like to do it again, right?

434
00:31:36,464 --> 00:31:40,423
Hmm, no.

435
00:31:40,501 --> 00:31:43,198
No, everything's different now.
I have kids and...

436
00:31:43,271 --> 00:31:48,210
- And a husband.
- Yeah, and a husband.

437
00:31:48,278 --> 00:31:50,770
And what if you didn't?

438
00:31:53,585 --> 00:31:55,520
But I do.

439
00:31:58,457 --> 00:32:02,293
Go get it, Maggie.

440
00:32:02,363 --> 00:32:05,026
Hey, Ro! I got another one
for your collection.

441
00:32:05,099 --> 00:32:07,952
- Hi, Wade!
- Hey, buddy.

442
00:32:08,085 --> 00:32:12,750
But I got the cigarettes too, so we had
ten cartons of cigarettes and no beer.

443
00:32:12,824 --> 00:32:17,593
I couldn't believe it.

444
00:32:17,664 --> 00:32:20,566
Maggie.
Maggie, no!

445
00:32:20,635 --> 00:32:23,832
Maggie, no!

446
00:32:23,905 --> 00:32:27,069
Maggie, no.
Go lie down. Good girl.

447
00:32:27,142 --> 00:32:32,946
So, Mom, what's this vision quest
thing you told me about?

448
00:32:34,151 --> 00:32:37,053
Vision quest is, um...

449
00:32:37,122 --> 00:32:39,955
is when a boy or a girl
your age...

450
00:32:40,026 --> 00:32:42,051
from one of the tribes
that used to live around here...

451
00:32:42,128 --> 00:32:45,587
would go off for about
four or five days...

452
00:32:45,667 --> 00:32:49,262
all alone without
food or anything...

453
00:32:49,337 --> 00:32:54,299
and they'd go to one of their
sacred places, like where we were.

454
00:32:54,378 --> 00:32:57,746
They'd wait there for a vision
of their guardian spirit...

455
00:32:57,815 --> 00:33:00,579
to appear to them.

456
00:33:00,652 --> 00:33:02,917
They believed that
that guardian spirit would then...

457
00:33:02,988 --> 00:33:06,949
watch over them and
protect them all their lives.

458
00:33:10,531 --> 00:33:15,300
If you'd had a successful vision quest,
you'd do two things.

459
00:33:15,371 --> 00:33:17,931
First, you'd send up
a smoke signal.

460
00:33:18,007 --> 00:33:20,772
Smoke signal.

461
00:33:20,844 --> 00:33:24,781
Yeah. That's so your folks
would know you're okay.

462
00:33:24,849 --> 00:33:29,116
And then draw an image on the rocks
just like the ones we saw today.

463
00:33:36,899 --> 00:33:39,129
I'll be right back.

464
00:33:46,077 --> 00:33:50,389
Happy birthday to you.

465
00:33:51,454 --> 00:33:57,056
Happy birthday to you.

466
00:33:57,057 --> 00:34:02,519
Happy birthday
dear Roarke.

467
00:34:02,597 --> 00:34:07,662
Happy birthday to you.

468
00:34:09,140 --> 00:34:11,973
- Did you think we forgot?
- Yeah.

469
00:34:12,043 --> 00:34:15,070
It's from your dad and me.

470
00:34:15,147 --> 00:34:19,346
- Mom! Hey, look, guys, rollerblades!
- Are those the right ones?

471
00:34:19,419 --> 00:34:22,412
- Promise me you won't break your leg.
- Nope.

472
00:34:22,490 --> 00:34:24,482
And this is from
your baby sister.

473
00:34:24,559 --> 00:34:27,995
It's a... plastic camera.

474
00:34:28,063 --> 00:34:29,998
- It's a waterproof camera.
- Roarke.

475
00:34:31,769 --> 00:34:34,738
- This is from Maggie.
- Yeah, sure.

476
00:34:34,805 --> 00:34:38,105
I think it might be something
you can use on the river.

477
00:34:38,176 --> 00:34:40,873
- Look at it! It's a Swiss army knife!
- Great.

478
00:34:40,946 --> 00:34:44,474
Thanks, Dad!
Look, it's got everything!

479
00:34:44,551 --> 00:34:46,781
- Even the price.
- Yeah.

480
00:34:46,853 --> 00:34:48,947
- How much is it?
- Who wants some cake?

481
00:34:49,023 --> 00:34:51,082
- 79.95.
- Hey, save me a piece!

482
00:34:51,159 --> 00:34:55,188
Hey, Wade.
Look what I got.

483
00:34:55,265 --> 00:34:58,200
Oh, man, that's great.

484
00:34:58,268 --> 00:35:02,467
Terry and I don't have anything
that fancy, but... this is from us.

485
00:35:02,540 --> 00:35:06,239
Gee, uh, thanks, you guys.

486
00:35:06,312 --> 00:35:08,577
This is...

487
00:35:09,850 --> 00:35:11,784
What is it?

488
00:35:11,852 --> 00:35:15,220
- What do ya got there, bud?
- What is it, honey?

489
00:35:16,624 --> 00:35:18,889
It's $200!

490
00:35:18,961 --> 00:35:24,162
Now, that's so in case you want to see
a concert or buy some CDs or whatever.

491
00:35:24,235 --> 00:35:27,262
That's your money.

492
00:35:27,339 --> 00:35:30,433
It's too much money, Wade.
He can't accept that.

493
00:35:30,509 --> 00:35:35,915
Hey, you guys are savin' our lives.
This is our way of showin' appreciation.

494
00:35:35,983 --> 00:35:39,647
- Can I, Dad?
- It's too much money, Roarke.

495
00:35:39,721 --> 00:35:44,625
Thank you very much for the gesture,
but he can't accept it.

496
00:35:44,694 --> 00:35:46,822
- Roarke, give the money back to him.
- No!

497
00:35:46,897 --> 00:35:48,831
- He gave it to me. It's mine.
- Roarke.

498
00:35:48,899 --> 00:35:52,769
Give the money back to him
right now.

499
00:35:58,111 --> 00:36:00,306
What did you say?

500
00:36:00,380 --> 00:36:03,783
I said, you didn't even
want to come on this trip!

501
00:36:07,189 --> 00:36:11,388
Gee. I'm sorry, Tom.
I was just tryin' to be nice.

502
00:36:22,843 --> 00:36:26,245
I talked to him.
He's okay.

503
00:36:26,314 --> 00:36:28,680
You don't have to
beat yourself up over this.

504
00:36:31,186 --> 00:36:33,678
- You know, you did the right thing.
- Oh!

505
00:36:33,757 --> 00:36:37,922
It's very weird that...
Giving him that money.

506
00:36:37,995 --> 00:36:42,228
I pretty much ruined
his birthday party.

507
00:36:42,301 --> 00:36:46,068
Damn it. Same old story.

508
00:36:46,139 --> 00:36:49,803
Want to know what I think?

509
00:36:49,877 --> 00:36:55,010
I think you spend so much time at work
because you don't like being around me.

510
00:36:55,083 --> 00:36:58,315
Gail, it's not about that.

511
00:36:59,890 --> 00:37:02,724
You set such high standards
for yourself.

512
00:37:02,794 --> 00:37:07,232
Everybody around you. I'm just trying
to come up to your expectations of me.

513
00:37:07,299 --> 00:37:10,599
I'm trying to make you
proud of me again.

514
00:37:19,381 --> 00:37:22,112
Oh, God.

515
00:37:23,286 --> 00:37:26,883
Oh, God, I'm sorry...

516
00:37:26,958 --> 00:37:32,157
if I made you feel
you had to do that.

517
00:37:32,230 --> 00:37:35,167
So... what does it mean?

518
00:37:37,637 --> 00:37:39,697
What are we gonna do?

519
00:37:43,245 --> 00:37:46,977
I think there's only
one thing we can do.

520
00:38:01,702 --> 00:38:04,330
Are you making
a pass at me?

521
00:38:04,405 --> 00:38:08,843
I don't know. Is that what it's called
this far outside of Boston?

522
00:38:10,714 --> 00:38:15,175
This far inside
of marriage, you mean.

523
00:38:15,253 --> 00:38:20,521
I think we're sufficiently alienated
for this to qualify...

524
00:38:20,592 --> 00:38:23,083
as a pass.

525
00:38:27,401 --> 00:38:29,336
Mom!

526
00:38:36,813 --> 00:38:38,805
Mom!

527
00:38:38,882 --> 00:38:43,547
- I'm going to put him to sleep.
- Mm-hmm.

528
00:38:43,621 --> 00:38:45,988
And I'll bathe.

529
00:39:27,677 --> 00:39:31,774
It's okay, Maggie.
I'll be out in a minute.

530
00:40:05,059 --> 00:40:09,185
They're so creepy, but I don't
want to make a big deal or scare Roarke.

531
00:40:09,318 --> 00:40:12,117
I just think we have
to get away from them.

532
00:40:12,189 --> 00:40:17,253
Listen, tomorrow, we'll, uh,
act like nothing's happened.

533
00:40:17,328 --> 00:40:21,629
And then we'll just find
a way to leave them behind.

534
00:40:21,700 --> 00:40:23,794
- Okay?
- Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.

535
00:40:25,905 --> 00:40:28,773
Bam! Uppercut right to his jaw.

536
00:40:28,843 --> 00:40:32,610
Teeth went straight through his tongue,
bit it clear off. Blood showered.

537
00:40:32,681 --> 00:40:36,209
It's lyin' on the ground.
Yak-yak-yak-yak! It's still talkin'.

538
00:40:36,285 --> 00:40:38,480
One more bag
and we can go.

539
00:40:38,554 --> 00:40:41,080
- Okay, Roarke. Come on, honey.
- Shut him up, though.

540
00:40:41,158 --> 00:40:44,527
- Hey, give me that.
- Stow your fishing rod. Let's go.

541
00:40:44,597 --> 00:40:47,623
Come on, Maggie!

542
00:40:47,700 --> 00:40:51,763
I don't want to go with you.
I want to spend the day with my friends.

543
00:40:51,839 --> 00:40:57,676
Roarke! You get your little heinie
back here right now.

544
00:40:57,746 --> 00:40:59,977
Oh, I'm sorry.
That's my fault, Gail.

545
00:41:00,049 --> 00:41:02,985
I told him we could practice our fly
fishing together. Ten, two, ten, two.

546
00:41:03,053 --> 00:41:06,887
Wade, you're not experienced enough
to take him down the river.

547
00:41:06,957 --> 00:41:08,983
If we get in trouble,
you're going to be there, right?

548
00:41:09,060 --> 00:41:12,326
This way our music won't bother you!

549
00:41:12,398 --> 00:41:13,956
All right.

550
00:41:14,033 --> 00:41:17,163
Yeah, but, Roarke,
at lunch you come back with us.

551
00:41:17,238 --> 00:41:18,728
What?

552
00:41:25,582 --> 00:41:28,245
Gail, stop looking at them.

553
00:41:28,319 --> 00:41:31,880
Sweetheart, sit down.

554
00:41:33,458 --> 00:41:36,895
Sit down and relax.

555
00:41:36,963 --> 00:41:39,899
Nothing's going to happen.
He's going to have a great time.

556
00:41:39,967 --> 00:41:42,959
He'll listen to his music.
When we stop for lunch, we'll get him.

557
00:41:43,037 --> 00:41:47,668
Then we'll lose them.
Gail, look at me.

558
00:41:47,742 --> 00:41:51,202
Gail, look at me.
Everything's going to be all right.

559
00:41:58,357 --> 00:42:02,294
- Hey, Roarke.
- Yep.

560
00:42:02,362 --> 00:42:04,957
Can you keep a secret?

561
00:42:09,237 --> 00:42:12,401
- Terry, hand me the green bag.
- Wade.

562
00:42:13,476 --> 00:42:15,501
Hand me the green bag.

563
00:42:16,714 --> 00:42:18,648
If I show you something...

564
00:42:18,716 --> 00:42:21,311
- promise not to tell anybody?
- Sure.

565
00:42:21,386 --> 00:42:25,790
- Not even your mom and dad?
- I promise.

566
00:42:34,235 --> 00:42:36,261
Wow.

567
00:42:36,338 --> 00:42:38,465
What are you...

568
00:42:41,846 --> 00:42:44,611
That's right.

569
00:42:44,683 --> 00:42:49,620
First, ya take out the empties.
See that?

570
00:42:55,529 --> 00:42:59,159
Three, five, seven.

571
00:43:08,345 --> 00:43:12,680
In go the new ones.
A full load.

572
00:43:16,589 --> 00:43:19,115
Can I hold it?

573
00:43:20,594 --> 00:43:23,496
I don't think your mom
would like it very much.

574
00:43:25,133 --> 00:43:27,500
My mom wouldn't care.

575
00:43:29,405 --> 00:43:32,136
Really.

576
00:43:34,212 --> 00:43:37,239
- All right.
- They're right there.

577
00:43:38,517 --> 00:43:40,610
Be careful.
It's loaded.

578
00:43:53,971 --> 00:43:56,064
- Bang. Bang.
- Hey!

579
00:43:56,140 --> 00:43:59,041
- Hey.
- Come on, man.

580
00:43:59,110 --> 00:44:02,240
All right, all right.
Better give it back now. Come on.

581
00:44:02,315 --> 00:44:06,616
- Thanks, Wade.
- Hey, what are friends for?

582
00:44:11,126 --> 00:44:13,823
Don't forget. It's our secret.

583
00:44:19,369 --> 00:44:24,832
Hey, what were you
and the guys talkin' about?

584
00:44:24,910 --> 00:44:27,812
- Hmm?
- Things. I'm goin' fishing.

585
00:44:27,881 --> 00:44:31,248
Listen, if you want to catch
anything this time of day...

586
00:44:31,317 --> 00:44:33,513
you're gonna have to go
around that big rock.

587
00:44:33,587 --> 00:44:38,321
There's a little eddy there. There's
some big fish waitin' for ya, honey.

588
00:44:39,795 --> 00:44:42,764
I'll call ya
when lunch is ready.

589
00:44:42,832 --> 00:44:48,272
Take it up to that flat area there.
There's a spring if you want to wash up.

590
00:44:48,339 --> 00:44:50,900
Come on, Maggie.

591
00:44:50,976 --> 00:44:54,309
Be careful on the rocks.
Just stay close to the shore downstream.

592
00:44:54,381 --> 00:44:57,818
- Okay!
- Don't go where I can't see you.

593
00:45:00,589 --> 00:45:02,922
I'll be right back.

594
00:45:12,436 --> 00:45:17,535
Terry?
Help me with this, Terry.

595
00:45:17,610 --> 00:45:20,444
Did you get the drinks, Tom?

596
00:45:21,949 --> 00:45:23,940
No, I didn't.

597
00:45:24,017 --> 00:45:27,216
I'll go get them.

598
00:45:27,289 --> 00:45:30,191
Oh, this looks pretty great.

599
00:45:33,897 --> 00:45:35,866
Oh, boy.

600
00:45:40,372 --> 00:45:44,470
Ah, that's great.
You ought to try it.

601
00:46:01,299 --> 00:46:04,098
I'll get a towel.

602
00:46:04,169 --> 00:46:05,602
Oh!

603
00:46:25,297 --> 00:46:27,527
Wade!

604
00:46:30,136 --> 00:46:32,367
Oh, man!

605
00:46:32,439 --> 00:46:35,135
Wade!

606
00:46:43,520 --> 00:46:46,115
Come on!

607
00:46:48,326 --> 00:46:50,261
Wade!

608
00:46:54,037 --> 00:46:54,899
We're gonna make it.

609
00:46:55,068 --> 00:46:56,418
We're gonna make it.

610
00:46:58,638 --> 00:47:01,939
Roarke. Roarke. Reel it in, honey.
We're gonna find another place.

611
00:47:02,010 --> 00:47:03,944
You said this was
a good place.

612
00:47:04,012 --> 00:47:07,313
- Just reel it in.
- It's stuck.

613
00:47:07,383 --> 00:47:10,182
- Break it, damn it.
- What are you doing?

614
00:47:10,253 --> 00:47:12,187
- I'll explain later. Get in the boat.
- No!

615
00:47:12,255 --> 00:47:15,020
I don't want to ride with you!
I hate you!

616
00:47:15,093 --> 00:47:18,154
- Roarke! Get in the boat!
- What about Maggie?

617
00:47:18,230 --> 00:47:22,056
- Maggie! Maggie!
- Roarke!

618
00:47:24,024 --> 00:47:27,962
- Come on, Maggie. Come on, girl.
- Hey.

619
00:47:28,030 --> 00:47:31,933
What are you guys doin'?

620
00:47:33,570 --> 00:47:36,973
We were just gonna go on ahead
and be by ourselves for a little bit.

621
00:47:37,042 --> 00:47:39,101
Oh.

622
00:47:39,178 --> 00:47:44,207
Yeah. It is our vacation and we haven't
been alone together all that much.

623
00:47:44,284 --> 00:47:46,650
I thought you guys
were runnin' out on us.

624
00:47:46,721 --> 00:47:49,417
No. Uh-uh.

625
00:47:52,227 --> 00:47:55,357
I think that's exactly
what they were doin', Terry.

626
00:47:58,769 --> 00:48:04,175
You're right. We were.
I-It's just not working out between us.

627
00:48:04,243 --> 00:48:09,376
Why's that? Because your son
wants to be with me instead of you?

628
00:48:09,450 --> 00:48:12,146
Roarke. Come here.

629
00:48:13,756 --> 00:48:17,487
Look, I'm taking my family
and we're gonna go down the river alone.

630
00:48:17,559 --> 00:48:19,494
That's what we're gonna do.

631
00:48:19,562 --> 00:48:23,226
I'm sorry.
We'll send somebody back to get you.

632
00:48:23,300 --> 00:48:26,702
Who died and made you stud dick
all of a sudden, Tom?

633
00:48:26,772 --> 00:48:29,241
You go get in
the boat right now.

634
00:48:29,308 --> 00:48:32,903
Wade, rangers come down here
all the time.

635
00:48:32,979 --> 00:48:37,246
You could hook up with one of them
and get to Bridle Creek ahead of us.

636
00:48:37,317 --> 00:48:40,880
And what if I said
I'm not gonna let you go?

637
00:48:40,956 --> 00:48:45,087
What would you do?

638
00:48:53,472 --> 00:48:55,407
What would you do, stud?

639
00:48:55,475 --> 00:48:57,909
- Hey! What is he...
- Just let him talk to him for a second.

640
00:48:59,446 --> 00:49:01,505
- I don't want to fight with you.
- Oh.

641
00:49:01,583 --> 00:49:04,177
Wade!

642
00:49:04,252 --> 00:49:07,848
I tried to be nice to you.

643
00:49:07,924 --> 00:49:10,553
I tried to be nice
to your family.

644
00:49:10,627 --> 00:49:14,564
And what do you do?
You try and run out on me.

645
00:49:14,632 --> 00:49:17,295
I'm drownin', Tom.

646
00:49:17,369 --> 00:49:19,337
You wanna hit me?

647
00:49:22,275 --> 00:49:24,244
I'm pullin' you down, Tom.

648
00:49:24,312 --> 00:49:26,405
Whoa!

649
00:49:26,480 --> 00:49:29,245
Hit 'im, Dad! Hit 'im.

650
00:49:29,318 --> 00:49:32,378
Okay, we're even.
You hit me, I hit you. It's over.

651
00:49:32,454 --> 00:49:35,914
Now, I'm takin' my family
and I'm leavin'.

652
00:49:35,993 --> 00:49:38,758
- No, you're not.
- Look out, Dad! He's got a gun!

653
00:49:42,000 --> 00:49:44,094
Roarke.

654
00:49:48,709 --> 00:49:51,406
Don't! Damn it!

655
00:49:52,982 --> 00:49:55,849
It's not gonna be that easy.

656
00:49:55,918 --> 00:49:58,183
Get off of her!

657
00:50:02,226 --> 00:50:04,422
Get off me!

658
00:50:04,496 --> 00:50:06,624
Get! Get!

659
00:50:10,871 --> 00:50:13,999
Don't, Wade! Stop!
He's my dad! Stop hitting him!

660
00:50:14,074 --> 00:50:16,976
This is not fun anymore.

661
00:50:17,045 --> 00:50:19,640
- Oh, God, no!
- Wade!

662
00:50:19,715 --> 00:50:23,482
Wade, please!
God, please, don't...

663
00:50:28,559 --> 00:50:30,994
I need your wife
to get me down the river.

664
00:50:31,063 --> 00:50:35,501
I need your son to control her.

665
00:50:35,568 --> 00:50:38,333
You and the dog are expendable.

666
00:50:38,406 --> 00:50:42,901
Right now, I think I'll get rid of...

667
00:50:42,978 --> 00:50:45,345
The dog.

668
00:50:45,415 --> 00:50:48,078
No! Run, Mags, run!

669
00:50:48,152 --> 00:50:51,919
Run, Maggie, run!
Run! Run!

670
00:51:11,447 --> 00:51:13,848
You got guts, Roarke.

671
00:51:15,987 --> 00:51:19,685
But you shouldn't have
broken your promise about the gun.

672
00:51:21,961 --> 00:51:24,760
Friends don't do that.

673
00:51:28,570 --> 00:51:30,868
I thought you were a nice guy.

674
00:51:30,939 --> 00:51:34,240
I am a nice guy.

675
00:51:35,311 --> 00:51:37,974
Just a different kind
of nice guy.

676
00:51:47,394 --> 00:51:51,491
Damn, Terry.
Looks like we lose our deposit.

677
00:51:51,565 --> 00:51:54,626
All right!

678
00:51:54,703 --> 00:51:57,433
Now that I'm head of the family,
here's what we're gonna do!

679
00:51:57,506 --> 00:52:02,308
We're gonna haul ass down this river.
No more fishing. No more sightseeing.

680
00:52:02,379 --> 00:52:06,180
And unfortunately,
no more skinny dipping.

681
00:52:06,251 --> 00:52:07,684
By the way, Gail...

682
00:52:07,752 --> 00:52:10,313
You're gonna get another chance
to run the Gauntlet.

683
00:52:10,389 --> 00:52:13,757
- We're not stopping at Bridle Creek.
- What?

684
00:52:13,827 --> 00:52:18,356
That's right. Come on, let's get
this shit up the hill and outta sight!

685
00:52:22,305 --> 00:52:24,830
Roarke.

686
00:52:24,908 --> 00:52:27,502
Were you takin'
pictures of me?

687
00:52:28,446 --> 00:52:30,642
Give me that camera.

688
00:52:50,970 --> 00:52:55,236
You know, it's really dangerous
to be tied into the raft like this.

689
00:52:55,307 --> 00:52:58,400
If we flip, we'll just
be dragged under and drowned.

690
00:52:58,476 --> 00:53:02,776
It would be dangerous for me if you were
to flip us on purpose. I could drown.

691
00:53:02,846 --> 00:53:05,508
This just levels the playing field.

692
00:54:02,529 --> 00:54:05,294
Sure is pretty country, isn't it?

693
00:54:13,807 --> 00:54:16,468
What's in the green bag, Wade?

694
00:54:20,246 --> 00:54:24,182
It's the money, isn't it?
From the cattle auction?

695
00:54:24,249 --> 00:54:27,344
You guys robbed
the cattle auction, right?

696
00:54:27,420 --> 00:54:32,220
If we had, it'd be a pretty
slow getaway, wouldn't it?

697
00:54:32,289 --> 00:54:34,952
Yeah, it's slow,
but it's smart, sort of.

698
00:54:35,026 --> 00:54:37,653
This close to Canada...

699
00:54:37,727 --> 00:54:39,717
they'd think you
jumped the border...

700
00:54:39,796 --> 00:54:43,631
but instead you just go off road
for four or five days.

701
00:54:43,700 --> 00:54:46,863
End up couple of
hundred miles downriver...

702
00:54:46,936 --> 00:54:49,530
where you have a car waiting.

703
00:54:51,439 --> 00:54:56,172
Couple of...
Big problems, though.

704
00:54:56,243 --> 00:54:59,371
Frank and the Gauntlet.

705
00:55:02,749 --> 00:55:06,184
Frank was supposed to take you
down the Gauntlet, right?

706
00:55:06,251 --> 00:55:10,916
But what was he? Wounded?
So you had to finish him off.

707
00:55:10,990 --> 00:55:14,756
Did you do it, Wade?
Or did you make Terry kill him?

708
00:55:14,825 --> 00:55:16,760
Shut up!

709
00:55:20,632 --> 00:55:24,534
So what's the big problem
with the Gauntlet anyway?

710
00:55:26,836 --> 00:55:30,101
The Gauntlet is just...

711
00:55:30,174 --> 00:55:32,470
It's not just the size
of the water, you know.

712
00:55:32,541 --> 00:55:36,068
Although the three rivers
do all pour into that one canyon.

713
00:55:36,144 --> 00:55:38,442
But it's glacier water, so...

714
00:55:38,512 --> 00:55:43,074
You know what hypothermia is?

715
00:55:43,149 --> 00:55:45,243
Probably not.

716
00:55:47,454 --> 00:55:51,183
If the raft gets caught in there,
it gets sucked under the falls.

717
00:55:51,256 --> 00:55:53,191
It's kind of like being
in a washing machine, you know.

718
00:55:53,258 --> 00:55:57,786
You can just churn and churn
and churn in there 'til Christmas.

719
00:56:00,064 --> 00:56:02,498
But swimming ability
is not the problem.

720
00:56:02,566 --> 00:56:07,764
Swimming... is beside the point.

721
00:56:13,009 --> 00:56:14,616
I'm sorry.

722
00:56:15,278 --> 00:56:17,070
I'm sorry.

723
00:56:21,284 --> 00:56:24,252
I just can't believe
this is happening to us now.

724
00:56:26,553 --> 00:56:30,784
I can't believe you think
I can take you down there.

725
00:57:05,188 --> 00:57:08,782
Mom? Mom, I'm hungry.

726
00:57:08,856 --> 00:57:11,189
- What?
- I'm really hungry.

727
00:57:11,260 --> 00:57:13,990
- He's gotta have something to eat.
- He can eat in the boat.

728
00:57:14,061 --> 00:57:17,428
Yeah, well,
we can't pee in the boat.

729
00:57:30,307 --> 00:57:32,867
Come on. Let's go over here.

730
00:57:32,943 --> 00:57:34,877
Hello, the beach!

731
00:57:40,001 --> 00:57:42,434
Hello, the canoe.

732
00:57:42,503 --> 00:57:44,902
Terry, come on.
Get 'em up here.

733
00:57:47,006 --> 00:57:50,941
Wade and Terry are old family friends.
Remember, Wade has the gun.

734
00:57:51,010 --> 00:57:54,944
Come on. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go.
How ya doin', Officer?

735
00:57:55,012 --> 00:57:57,879
Shoot. On a day like today?
Can't complain. How you doin'?

736
00:57:57,949 --> 00:57:59,677
Not too bad.

737
00:57:59,750 --> 00:58:02,116
I been tryin' to catch you folks ever
since I heard you were on the river.

738
00:58:02,186 --> 00:58:05,177
But the office told me
there were only three of you.

739
00:58:05,255 --> 00:58:07,985
Been five right from the start.
Wanna see our tags?

740
00:58:08,056 --> 00:58:11,958
No. I must've heard wrong. You guys have
been travelin' along pretty quickly.

741
00:58:12,028 --> 00:58:15,087
I was afraid you were gonna
get to Bridal Creek and be gone.

742
00:58:15,164 --> 00:58:17,860
Well, Gail here is our guide.
She makes the trip so interestin'...

743
00:58:17,931 --> 00:58:19,398
that once she
shows us one thing...

744
00:58:19,467 --> 00:58:22,062
we just wanna move on to
the next as quick as we can.

745
00:58:22,136 --> 00:58:24,696
I can believe that.
She sure made my life interesting.

746
00:58:27,374 --> 00:58:29,307
I'm sorry.
Do I know you?

747
00:58:29,376 --> 00:58:34,609
Well, on more than one occasion you
tried to get me into bed... before 9:00.

748
00:58:34,680 --> 00:58:37,911
But usually you spent more time
with my older brother and his friends.

749
00:58:37,982 --> 00:58:39,847
- Johnny?
- Yeah!

750
00:58:39,918 --> 00:58:42,045
Oh, Johnny!

751
00:58:42,120 --> 00:58:45,919
Oh! How's Raymond?
And... And your folks?

752
00:58:45,990 --> 00:58:49,015
Oh, my folks are fine.
Raymond lives outside of Boise now.

753
00:58:49,093 --> 00:58:52,357
My brother and Gail, they used
to be the terrors of this river.

754
00:58:52,429 --> 00:58:55,556
The little kids... my friends and I...
we used to call her Whitewater.

755
00:58:56,699 --> 00:58:59,666
Whitewater, huh?

756
00:58:59,735 --> 00:59:03,135
We never had nicknames where
I came from. Certainly not Whitewater.

757
00:59:03,204 --> 00:59:05,570
White trash, maybe.

758
00:59:05,640 --> 00:59:08,607
Now, I hear it's worse
in this country to be an Indian...

759
00:59:08,674 --> 00:59:11,509
than it is even
a-a black or a Mexican.

760
00:59:12,579 --> 00:59:15,276
Is that right...
Ranger Johnny?

761
00:59:15,349 --> 00:59:19,784
Ahem. I-I'm Tom. I, uh...
I'm Whitewater's husband.

762
00:59:21,386 --> 00:59:23,819
- Really nice to meet you, Tom.
- Nice to meet you.

763
00:59:23,889 --> 00:59:26,220
What happened to your eye?

764
00:59:26,290 --> 00:59:31,318
Uh, s-slipped on a rock and, uh,
met up with a tree. I hurt my knee too...

765
00:59:31,394 --> 00:59:33,521
Hi. I'm Terry.

766
00:59:33,597 --> 00:59:36,158
- Nice to meet ya.
- Friend.

767
00:59:36,232 --> 00:59:40,464
And I'm Wade.
And this is Roarke, Gail's son.

768
00:59:40,535 --> 00:59:42,471
Oh, hey, Roarke.
Nice to meet you too.

769
00:59:42,539 --> 00:59:44,767
I was about your age
when I first knew your mom.

770
00:59:47,365 --> 00:59:49,798
Well, now you've met everyone.

771
00:59:52,009 --> 00:59:53,999
I guess I have.

772
00:59:56,088 --> 00:59:58,611
Well, I better be shovin' off then.
I'll see ya.

773
00:59:59,219 --> 01:00:01,982
So we'll see you at
Bridal Creek, then?

774
01:00:02,055 --> 01:00:05,956
Oh, no, I gotta do a portage up to
Swanson Meadow and do a fish count.

775
01:00:06,772 --> 01:00:11,540
It was nice seein' ya again, Gail.
You guys take it easy.

776
01:00:12,130 --> 01:00:14,893
That was real smart.
Real smart.

777
01:00:14,966 --> 01:00:18,491
Oh, hey, uh, I almost forgot.
Did anybody lose a camera?

778
01:00:19,602 --> 01:00:21,536
Is it a yellow
waterproof one?

779
01:00:21,605 --> 01:00:24,505
- Yeah. Catch.
- Toss that puppy on up here, Johnny.

780
01:00:25,191 --> 01:00:28,092
Hey, Roarke!
Found your camera.

781
01:00:28,218 --> 01:00:31,280
- What do you say, big man?
- Thank you.

782
01:00:32,144 --> 01:00:34,204
You all take it easy now.

783
01:00:36,307 --> 01:00:38,537
- Bye.
- See ya later.

784
01:00:46,393 --> 01:00:49,521
You're a real smart man,
aren't ya? Huh?

785
01:00:49,595 --> 01:00:51,859
- Oh!
- Get in the boat!

786
01:00:51,931 --> 01:00:55,422
Get up! What do you think?
I'm some kind of idiot?

787
01:00:55,500 --> 01:00:58,936
Sit down.
Put your hands together.

788
01:00:59,003 --> 01:01:02,166
- Go right up there, sweetie.
- Sit in the middle.

789
01:02:13,567 --> 01:02:15,502
That's Bridal Creek up ahead.

790
01:02:19,038 --> 01:02:22,805
That's the last take-out
before the Gauntlet.

791
01:02:22,876 --> 01:02:24,933
Are Grandma and Grandpa gonna be there?

792
01:02:26,040 --> 01:02:29,407
No, sweetie. They're not
expecting us for two more days...

793
01:02:30,082 --> 01:02:32,845
so... they're not there yet.

794
01:02:37,717 --> 01:02:39,581
You still intend to go on?

795
01:02:39,840 --> 01:02:41,705
That's right.

796
01:02:43,146 --> 01:02:46,308
Then can Terry row
for a little bit?

797
01:02:46,627 --> 01:02:48,754
Can I get a break?

798
01:02:49,971 --> 01:02:51,906
Sure.

799
01:02:52,728 --> 01:02:55,060
Untie her.

800
01:03:03,145 --> 01:03:05,078
Keep an eye on them.

801
01:03:07,723 --> 01:03:09,656
You listen to me,
you little idiot!

802
01:03:09,767 --> 01:03:12,166
I'm not bullshitting you
about the Gauntlet. It's big.

803
01:03:12,407 --> 01:03:16,193
Bigger than anything you've ever seen.
And tomorrow, you're gonna drown in it.

804
01:03:16,194 --> 01:03:19,630
And the rest of us are gonna
be hauled under with the raft.

805
01:03:19,781 --> 01:03:23,683
I'm not gonna pretend that I give a shit
about you and your stupid friend...

806
01:03:23,736 --> 01:03:27,103
and your pathetic
small-time nothing life!

807
01:03:27,193 --> 01:03:29,950
But I got everything I care
about in the world in this boat.

808
01:03:29,951 --> 01:03:34,012
And I got my baby girl waiting at the
other end. And I know I cannot do this!

809
01:03:34,374 --> 01:03:39,496
I cannot row this big water, man!
That's the truth.

810
01:03:39,497 --> 01:03:41,760
I cannot do it!

811
01:03:48,479 --> 01:03:50,469
You're an amazing woman.

812
01:04:42,460 --> 01:04:44,459
I gotta get some sleep.

813
01:04:45,559 --> 01:04:48,856
Here. Wake me up at 1:00.

814
01:05:18,520 --> 01:05:21,009
Shh! Shh! Shh!

815
01:05:22,124 --> 01:05:24,057
- What are you doing?
- Shh! Shh!

816
01:05:25,593 --> 01:05:27,458
Terry's asleep.

817
01:05:27,528 --> 01:05:29,462
I'm gonna get the gun.

818
01:05:29,530 --> 01:05:31,895
No! No! You can't do that.
Oh, God!

819
01:05:31,966 --> 01:05:34,990
You can't do that.
If they catch you, they'll kill you.

820
01:05:35,069 --> 01:05:38,161
They're gonna kill us anyway,
even if we get through the Gauntlet.

821
01:05:38,237 --> 01:05:40,900
We have to do something.

822
01:05:42,441 --> 01:05:44,499
Just listen.
Wait. Wait. Wait.

823
01:05:44,575 --> 01:05:47,601
I was thinking about...
Little Niagara.

824
01:05:47,678 --> 01:05:52,513
It's a... It's a big drop
about two miles above the Gauntlet.

825
01:05:52,583 --> 01:05:55,812
I can take the raft
in there sideways and flip us.

826
01:05:55,885 --> 01:05:59,821
If we hold on to the D-rings, we can
catch the air pocket underneath...

827
01:05:59,888 --> 01:06:01,823
and they'll just be swept away.

828
01:06:02,958 --> 01:06:05,586
Well, will that work?

829
01:06:07,395 --> 01:06:11,626
It could work. It could work.
God. What other option do we have?

830
01:06:11,698 --> 01:06:13,723
I'm gonna get the gun.

831
01:06:17,070 --> 01:06:19,003
God.

832
01:06:21,474 --> 01:06:24,273
If I don't make it...

833
01:06:24,343 --> 01:06:27,243
you can still flip the boat.

834
01:06:41,191 --> 01:06:43,216
I love you too.

835
01:07:45,112 --> 01:07:47,774
Wade!

836
01:07:53,820 --> 01:07:56,286
Give me the gun.

837
01:07:58,923 --> 01:08:01,017
Stay here...
and watch them!

838
01:08:33,452 --> 01:08:35,420
Tom!

839
01:08:35,488 --> 01:08:38,116
Tom, are you up here?

840
01:08:38,188 --> 01:08:40,055
I don't think
you're up here.

841
01:08:51,801 --> 01:08:53,736
Shit.

842
01:09:07,348 --> 01:09:09,282
Tom!

843
01:09:10,551 --> 01:09:12,484
Tom!

844
01:09:12,553 --> 01:09:14,952
I know you're there!

845
01:09:16,522 --> 01:09:18,456
Tom!

846
01:09:20,461 --> 01:09:22,392
Where are you?

847
01:09:29,402 --> 01:09:31,595
Hey! There you are.

848
01:09:35,505 --> 01:09:40,498
How does it feel to know you only have
a few more seconds left to live?

849
01:09:44,548 --> 01:09:46,811
- Aah!
- Sit down!

850
01:09:46,881 --> 01:09:48,611
Damn.

851
01:09:49,818 --> 01:09:52,879
I don't have a very good
shot from here, Tom...

852
01:09:52,955 --> 01:09:55,787
so I'm gonna have to head
a little farther downriver.

853
01:09:59,461 --> 01:10:01,588
You stay where you are now.

854
01:10:09,669 --> 01:10:12,330
There. That's better.

855
01:10:12,404 --> 01:10:16,601
I'm gonna try to hit you in the spine...
right between the shoulder blades.

856
01:10:16,675 --> 01:10:18,836
You ready?

857
01:10:18,909 --> 01:10:20,672
Set.

858
01:11:00,145 --> 01:11:04,012
What are they doin' out?
Tie her in the tent. Kid too.

859
01:11:07,451 --> 01:11:09,646
- Where's my dad?
- He's dead.

860
01:11:09,718 --> 01:11:11,950
Dead? Why'd you kill him?

861
01:11:12,021 --> 01:11:14,319
- He was tryin' to get away.
- You killed my dad.

862
01:11:14,390 --> 01:11:17,325
So what if he got away?
Where's he gonna go? We can't walk out.

863
01:11:17,392 --> 01:11:20,556
- How the hell is he gonna?
- Do you wanna make the decisions, huh?

864
01:11:20,629 --> 01:11:23,189
Here's the gun.
Go ahead.

865
01:11:23,265 --> 01:11:27,394
Hey, man. When we started this thing,
you told me no one was gonna get hurt.

866
01:11:28,935 --> 01:11:31,427
Now three people are dead!

867
01:11:31,505 --> 01:11:33,437
Whose fault is that?

868
01:11:33,506 --> 01:11:36,475
Did I tell you
to frisk the guard? Huh?

869
01:11:36,543 --> 01:11:38,942
Did I tell you
to frisk the guard?

870
01:11:39,012 --> 01:11:41,947
If you'd have frisked the guard
like I told ya, Frank would be alive.

871
01:11:42,015 --> 01:11:45,675
If you'd stayed awake
like I told ya, Tom would be alive!

872
01:11:45,750 --> 01:11:50,187
Now shut your fat mouth
and tie them in the tent.

873
01:11:50,255 --> 01:11:53,450
Oh, man.

874
01:11:53,523 --> 01:11:56,617
- I will be right there.
- No! No, Mommy!

875
01:11:56,694 --> 01:11:58,627
- You go with him.
- Stop it!

876
01:11:58,695 --> 01:12:00,629
Where is he?
I wanna see him.

877
01:12:00,697 --> 01:12:03,495
Can't help you there.
He's in the river.

878
01:12:05,568 --> 01:12:07,502
Well, then he might
still be alive.

879
01:12:09,070 --> 01:12:12,528
I shot him, Whitewater.
He's dead.

880
01:12:12,607 --> 01:12:14,541
I'm sorry.

881
01:12:22,048 --> 01:12:23,948
No tears.

882
01:12:24,015 --> 01:12:28,510
Things must've been worse
between you and Tom than I thought.

883
01:12:46,935 --> 01:12:48,871
I'm gonna kill you.

884
01:12:56,410 --> 01:12:58,709
I'm gonna kill you, Wade.

885
01:13:04,316 --> 01:13:06,410
I don't think so.

886
01:13:11,390 --> 01:13:13,323
I'm runnin' the show.

887
01:13:14,526 --> 01:13:16,460
I could bury you
and Roarke tonight.

888
01:13:18,862 --> 01:13:20,922
I could do anything
I want with you.

889
01:13:22,033 --> 01:13:25,229
So go ahead.

890
01:13:25,302 --> 01:13:29,898
Don't keep tellin' me how tough
you are, Wade. Just show me.

891
01:13:31,974 --> 01:13:33,668
Come on.

892
01:13:34,777 --> 01:13:36,608
Do it.

893
01:13:53,694 --> 01:13:56,923
Terry. Put her in the tent.

894
01:15:20,651 --> 01:15:24,518
Terry, get up. Come on!
Get up! Get up!

895
01:15:26,123 --> 01:15:28,749
Come on. Pack this shit up.
We gotta get outta here.

896
01:15:33,962 --> 01:15:36,396
When you're done with that,
just grab those oars.

897
01:15:36,464 --> 01:15:39,433
- Forget the rest of their stuff.
- All right, all right.

898
01:15:44,137 --> 01:15:47,039
Oh! Ah! Oh!

899
01:15:48,775 --> 01:15:51,403
All right.
Come on. Let's go.

900
01:15:51,478 --> 01:15:53,468
Let's go. Come on.

901
01:18:11,730 --> 01:18:13,631
Uh! Oh!

902
01:18:13,698 --> 01:18:17,758
Oh, Maggie! You good girl, you!
It's good to see you!

903
01:18:17,835 --> 01:18:20,599
Yes! Yes!
Good girl! Good girl!

904
01:18:20,671 --> 01:18:23,163
Come on, girl.
Let's go.

905
01:18:25,409 --> 01:18:27,205
Come on!

906
01:18:28,277 --> 01:18:30,212
We gotta get ahead
of 'em, girl.

907
01:18:38,818 --> 01:18:42,277
Hey. You wanna listen
to some music?

908
01:18:47,660 --> 01:18:53,099
I have to go along with Wade.
He didn't mind goin' to jail.

909
01:18:53,165 --> 01:18:55,997
He don't seem
to mind anything.

910
01:18:56,068 --> 01:18:58,228
I can't go back
to jail, Roarke.

911
01:19:01,139 --> 01:19:03,629
I don't care.

912
01:19:29,263 --> 01:19:31,730
Terry, hand me that box
of cartridges, will you?

913
01:19:45,210 --> 01:19:47,269
Hey, Wade!

914
01:19:51,949 --> 01:19:54,542
Go, Mom!

915
01:19:56,987 --> 01:19:58,921
We're gonna make it!

916
01:20:01,858 --> 01:20:03,915
Gail.

917
01:20:05,627 --> 01:20:07,595
Three left.

918
01:20:19,140 --> 01:20:22,129
Okay, Mags, here's where
we get ahead of 'em.

919
01:20:25,845 --> 01:20:29,872
Oh, go slow, Gail.
For once in your life don't be first.

920
01:20:57,237 --> 01:21:00,434
That's it, Mags.
That's Little Niagara.

921
01:21:00,507 --> 01:21:02,500
That's where she's
gonna flip the boat.

922
01:21:21,158 --> 01:21:23,559
What?

923
01:21:23,626 --> 01:21:26,060
Oh, shit.
What's that?

924
01:21:26,128 --> 01:21:31,260
- What's around the corner?
- That? That's Little Niagara.

925
01:21:36,906 --> 01:21:38,770
Get in the back
with the kid.

926
01:21:40,541 --> 01:21:42,441
You're up.

927
01:21:45,611 --> 01:21:47,841
Come on. Come on.

928
01:21:49,582 --> 01:21:51,642
Come on!

929
01:21:53,020 --> 01:21:56,716
Roarke.
Put your helmet on, buddy.

930
01:21:59,792 --> 01:22:01,883
Come on.

931
01:22:38,960 --> 01:22:43,159
- Roarke!
- What are you doin'? Wade!

932
01:22:43,231 --> 01:22:45,631
- They're talkin' or whatever!
- Hey!

933
01:22:45,699 --> 01:22:49,158
What are you sayin' to him?
Hey, what did you say?

934
01:22:51,306 --> 01:22:54,001
What are you doin'?
What the hell are you doin'? Huh?

935
01:22:54,074 --> 01:22:56,871
I'm just getting
into position.

936
01:23:00,879 --> 01:23:04,815
Look up, Gail.
Please, look up here.

937
01:23:04,883 --> 01:23:07,851
Hang on, Terry.
Gail thinks she's gonna flip us.

938
01:23:07,919 --> 01:23:10,218
- But I don't think she has the guts.
- Mom.

939
01:23:26,601 --> 01:23:28,568
Oh, yes!

940
01:23:34,108 --> 01:23:36,701
Whoa!

941
01:23:41,847 --> 01:23:44,941
- Grab the oar!
- Where'd he go?

942
01:23:47,452 --> 01:23:50,114
- Where is he?
- I got it!

943
01:23:51,021 --> 01:23:52,955
I got it!

944
01:23:55,393 --> 01:23:58,020
He's right over there!

945
01:23:58,094 --> 01:24:00,528
- Pick him up!
- We're stuck in the hole!

946
01:24:00,598 --> 01:24:02,962
I'm tryin' to get us out!

947
01:24:15,044 --> 01:24:18,011
What was that, Gail?
What happened with that oar?

948
01:24:18,079 --> 01:24:20,343
I lost control.

949
01:24:20,414 --> 01:24:24,873
- I just completely lost control.
- What the hell was Frank talkin' about?

950
01:24:24,952 --> 01:24:27,681
He said this river shit
was gonna be easy!

951
01:24:27,753 --> 01:24:30,880
I think Frank
had somethin' else in mind.

952
01:24:30,956 --> 01:24:32,891
Did ya ever think of that?

953
01:24:32,958 --> 01:24:36,950
I bet Frank thought he'd just dump
you two somewhere along the line...

954
01:24:37,029 --> 01:24:39,052
and run the Gauntlet
with a nice, light boat.

955
01:24:39,129 --> 01:24:43,499
Did he tell you you'd have to work?
You guys are gonna have to...

956
01:24:43,568 --> 01:24:47,366
throw your weight and high-side it
if we wrap around one of these rocks.

957
01:24:47,437 --> 01:24:50,066
You're gonna have to
paddle hard when I tell ya.

958
01:24:50,140 --> 01:24:52,334
And you're gonna have to do
what I say when I say it!

959
01:24:52,408 --> 01:24:54,901
Otherwise, we got no chance
in hell of makin' it through.

960
01:24:56,344 --> 01:24:59,781
And what makes you suddenly
so anxious to get us through?

961
01:25:05,184 --> 01:25:07,278
I don't think you know me
well enough to determine...

962
01:25:07,353 --> 01:25:10,721
if I'm being anxious
or if I'm being efficient.

963
01:25:10,789 --> 01:25:14,226
Let's grab the paddles and do some
practice runs. Get up front, Terry.

964
01:25:16,161 --> 01:25:18,095
Do it!

965
01:25:25,135 --> 01:25:27,603
All forward. One! Two!

966
01:25:27,671 --> 01:25:29,798
Dig it in, Terry.
You gotta pull your weight.

967
01:25:29,873 --> 01:25:32,968
- My neck hurts!
- You're breakin' my heart. Let's go!

968
01:25:38,348 --> 01:25:44,114
One. Two. Left turn.
Come on. Dig in.

969
01:26:05,903 --> 01:26:07,928
Oh, my God.

970
01:26:10,040 --> 01:26:11,974
Oh, my God, Gail!

971
01:26:46,105 --> 01:26:50,041
Mags, we gotta get across.
Come on, girl!

972
01:26:50,108 --> 01:26:52,100
Try it again. Harder.

973
01:26:52,177 --> 01:26:55,907
Dig it. One! Go together.
Two! Go together.

974
01:26:55,980 --> 01:26:58,447
Three!
Stay with it!

975
01:27:06,757 --> 01:27:09,725
Mags, we don't have time
to look for a way down.

976
01:27:09,791 --> 01:27:11,726
You think you can do this, huh?

977
01:27:11,793 --> 01:27:14,126
You think you can do this?
Okay, girl.

978
01:27:14,196 --> 01:27:17,631
I love you too.
Here we go.

979
01:27:18,898 --> 01:27:21,801
You ready, girl?
We'll both go on three.

980
01:27:22,668 --> 01:27:26,866
One. Two. Three.

981
01:27:26,938 --> 01:27:28,873
Come on!

982
01:27:37,216 --> 01:27:40,945
Come on, girl! Maggie, come!
You can do it!

983
01:27:41,017 --> 01:27:45,512
Oh, come on, girl!
No, don't go back! Maggie!

984
01:27:45,588 --> 01:27:48,386
Come on, Maggie!
Oh, please!

985
01:27:48,459 --> 01:27:50,859
Maggie! Come!

986
01:27:52,127 --> 01:27:54,118
Maggie. Go!

987
01:27:56,198 --> 01:27:58,188
That a girl!

988
01:28:00,635 --> 01:28:04,162
Good girl! You know, that's
the first time you've ever minded me.

989
01:28:04,238 --> 01:28:05,671
Oh, good girl!

990
01:28:05,739 --> 01:28:07,230
What are you doin'?

991
01:28:07,308 --> 01:28:09,775
I have to scout
the entrance to the Gauntlet.

992
01:28:09,843 --> 01:28:11,867
This is the only place
I can do it from.

993
01:28:11,944 --> 01:28:15,311
Terry, get in the back.
Get ready to secure the line.

994
01:28:17,883 --> 01:28:20,316
Come on, Mags!

995
01:28:20,385 --> 01:28:23,787
- Let's go.
- I have to go to the bathroom.

996
01:28:23,855 --> 01:28:25,789
I'll take you in a second.

997
01:28:29,661 --> 01:28:32,890
- That's it?
- That's it.

998
01:28:32,962 --> 01:28:38,161
Once you enter that canyon,
there's no stopping and no turning back.

999
01:28:38,233 --> 01:28:42,067
The three rivers converge
and drop 295 feet...

1000
01:28:42,138 --> 01:28:44,367
in a little over
a mile and a half.

1001
01:28:57,585 --> 01:28:59,518
Oh, shit!

1002
01:29:01,588 --> 01:29:03,351
Wade!

1003
01:29:11,662 --> 01:29:13,596
Now what?

1004
01:29:13,664 --> 01:29:15,654
Well, that depends on you.

1005
01:29:15,733 --> 01:29:19,328
Now, if you love your mama, you're
gonna keep your little mouth shut.

1006
01:29:19,402 --> 01:29:20,891
You hear me?

1007
01:29:21,838 --> 01:29:23,965
- Johnny!
- Hey, Johnny!

1008
01:29:24,038 --> 01:29:26,438
- Hello again.
- What are you doin' down here?

1009
01:29:26,508 --> 01:29:31,310
Well, I heard someone went past
the take-out at Bridal Creek...

1010
01:29:31,379 --> 01:29:33,779
so I came down here
to see what's up.

1011
01:29:33,847 --> 01:29:36,783
Gail's givin' me a look at
the site of her former glory.

1012
01:29:36,851 --> 01:29:40,013
Yeah. It's just as amazing
as I remember.

1013
01:29:40,087 --> 01:29:42,715
You aren't thinkin' about
doin' anything crazy, are ya?

1014
01:29:42,787 --> 01:29:46,554
Well! To tell you the truth...

1015
01:29:46,626 --> 01:29:50,858
Yeah, we... I've... I've always wanted
to run the Gauntlet again, you know?

1016
01:29:50,930 --> 01:29:55,628
And Wade here will try anything,
so... here we are.

1017
01:29:55,700 --> 01:29:58,532
Where's everybody else?
Your son and all them?

1018
01:29:58,602 --> 01:30:01,729
Uh, Tom and Roarke got out
at Bridal Creek with Terry.

1019
01:30:01,804 --> 01:30:05,331
Yeah, they're down below.
We're gonna meet 'em down there.

1020
01:30:05,408 --> 01:30:09,070
Geez! Well, Gail,
I can't let you do it.

1021
01:30:09,143 --> 01:30:12,409
- Let us?
- No way. It's too dangerous.

1022
01:30:12,482 --> 01:30:15,973
I'm gonna have to radio for a helicopter
to come and transport you outta here.

1023
01:30:17,485 --> 01:30:19,452
Look, Gail, I hate to
be the bad guy here.

1024
01:30:19,520 --> 01:30:23,251
I'd like to try the Gauntlet myself, but
people aren't allowed to do it anymore.

1025
01:30:23,324 --> 01:30:26,781
- You know I've run this once before.
- Yeah.

1026
01:30:26,859 --> 01:30:31,319
Why can't you just... go away,
pretend you didn't even see us?

1027
01:30:31,397 --> 01:30:34,560
- Oh, boy, uh...
- Johnny's right, Gail.

1028
01:30:34,633 --> 01:30:38,295
Somethin' tells me Ranger Johnny
might not be too good at pretending.

1029
01:31:04,926 --> 01:31:07,861
He said he always wanted
to try the Gauntlet.

1030
01:31:08,930 --> 01:31:11,864
I just gave him his wish.

1031
01:32:04,210 --> 01:32:08,270
- Put the kid in the boat!
- First we have to unload some things.

1032
01:32:08,346 --> 01:32:10,871
Why?

1033
01:32:13,450 --> 01:32:16,351
We have to ride higher
in the water.

1034
01:32:16,420 --> 01:32:20,185
So I have to rebalance the boat
so that you can paddle in the front.

1035
01:32:41,141 --> 01:32:43,541
Now don't let go
of that rope... ever!

1036
01:32:43,610 --> 01:32:47,875
And stay low in the gunnel.
Okay? Okay.

1037
01:32:47,945 --> 01:32:50,847
Listen, before we do this,
I need to ask you a favor.

1038
01:32:50,915 --> 01:32:56,148
Please... Please don't tie
Roarke in the boat.

1039
01:32:58,388 --> 01:33:01,586
I'm sorry.
I can't do that, Gail.

1040
01:33:01,658 --> 01:33:04,388
I need you to be
the best that you can be.

1041
01:33:06,562 --> 01:33:10,020
Go ahead and let it go. Indian Johnny
won't be needin' it anymore.

1042
01:33:59,627 --> 01:34:02,323
We can do this, Wade.
We can do it.

1043
01:34:02,396 --> 01:34:04,795
You just... hold together.

1044
01:34:04,864 --> 01:34:07,355
- Paddle together. All right?
- Yeah. Yeah.

1045
01:34:07,436 --> 01:34:10,198
Keep breathing.
Don't fall out.

1046
01:34:10,270 --> 01:34:12,637
I need you both in the boat
to make it down this thing.

1047
01:34:12,707 --> 01:34:16,334
Roarke? You okay?
Hold on tight.

1048
01:34:16,409 --> 01:34:19,240
- You love your mommy? Good boy.
- Yeah.

1049
01:34:19,312 --> 01:34:23,940
Feel like goin' to Boston?
Me too. Vacation's over.

1050
01:34:25,551 --> 01:34:27,608
- What's that?
- What's that noise?

1051
01:34:27,685 --> 01:34:30,243
This is where the
first two rivers come together.

1052
01:34:30,321 --> 01:34:33,085
Straighten me out... now.

1053
01:34:45,333 --> 01:34:49,292
Straighten it out. We got the froth
straight ahead. We're gonna go left.

1054
01:34:50,806 --> 01:34:53,034
- We're gonna hit that rock!
- Get up, Terry!

1055
01:34:53,107 --> 01:34:55,905
- Turn it!
- Mom!

1056
01:34:55,976 --> 01:34:59,241
- What do we do?
- All right. Back! Back paddle!

1057
01:35:00,981 --> 01:35:06,111
Left! Left!
Bring it around or we're gonna hit!

1058
01:35:06,184 --> 01:35:08,050
Left! Hard! Terry!

1059
01:35:08,120 --> 01:35:11,987
- Look out, Mom!
- Hold your paddle!

1060
01:35:13,125 --> 01:35:15,092
Put your weight on it!

1061
01:35:22,799 --> 01:35:25,199
Keep paddling!
All forward! Let's go!

1062
01:35:28,671 --> 01:35:30,603
Stay right in the middle!

1063
01:35:34,978 --> 01:35:37,808
- Don't put me in that hole!
- Which way?

1064
01:35:37,879 --> 01:35:39,938
No, no, no!
Don't back that way!

1065
01:35:40,013 --> 01:35:41,946
Oh! We missed it!

1066
01:35:42,015 --> 01:35:44,041
We're goin' in.
Hold on, Roarke!

1067
01:35:52,391 --> 01:35:54,380
Wade! Wade!

1068
01:35:54,459 --> 01:35:57,486
Pull him in!
Grab him by his jacket, Terry.

1069
01:35:57,562 --> 01:35:59,859
Pull him in!
We need him. Damn it!

1070
01:36:03,300 --> 01:36:07,633
- Get in, Wade!
- Grab your paddle. Get into position.

1071
01:36:22,382 --> 01:36:26,785
Pull! Okay.
Left turn. Let's go.

1072
01:36:26,854 --> 01:36:28,843
- Why?
- We have to go this way.

1073
01:36:28,921 --> 01:36:31,355
There's a 40-foot drop
on the other side.

1074
01:36:31,425 --> 01:36:33,823
- No!
- You gotta line me up good, boys.

1075
01:36:36,061 --> 01:36:38,654
Get ready!
Pull in your paddles!

1076
01:36:42,000 --> 01:36:44,593
Look out!

1077
01:36:44,670 --> 01:36:49,229
I got it. Hang on!
We're gonna rejoin the main river.

1078
01:36:50,408 --> 01:36:52,899
Straight into it!

1079
01:37:05,019 --> 01:37:08,182
- Are we goin' down that?
- You bet!

1080
01:37:08,257 --> 01:37:10,724
No way, man!
I can't do this!

1081
01:37:13,026 --> 01:37:16,792
- Hold on, Roarke!
- Hurry, Mom!

1082
01:37:24,769 --> 01:37:28,205
- Take us out!
- Paddle, Terry!

1083
01:37:48,790 --> 01:37:50,722
Oh, my God.

1084
01:38:07,406 --> 01:38:09,841
Get me away from that wall!
Straight down the middle!

1085
01:38:12,912 --> 01:38:15,403
What do we do?
Are you nuts?

1086
01:38:25,054 --> 01:38:27,352
- Get up!
- Get up, Terry!

1087
01:38:27,422 --> 01:38:31,086
We're turning!
We're getting sucked back in!

1088
01:38:37,531 --> 01:38:40,864
- Are you okay, darling?
- I'm okay Mommy. Ohh!

1089
01:38:40,937 --> 01:38:42,869
We made it!
We did it!

1090
01:38:42,938 --> 01:38:45,496
That was the Gauntlet, man!
We did it! Right?

1091
01:38:45,573 --> 01:38:48,302
Wade, we're not done yet.

1092
01:38:48,375 --> 01:38:51,433
- What?
- That was the easy part.

1093
01:39:07,891 --> 01:39:10,189
Watch what you're
fuckin' doin'!

1094
01:39:10,259 --> 01:39:12,886
- Yaaah!
- We're losing it!

1095
01:39:22,302 --> 01:39:25,170
- Back! Push it!
- Back! Hard!

1096
01:39:26,340 --> 01:39:28,241
Harder!

1097
01:39:28,309 --> 01:39:30,208
- Further on now! Left!
- I got it!

1098
01:39:41,821 --> 01:39:45,312
We get through this...
and we're through.

1099
01:39:46,857 --> 01:39:50,350
We make it through this
and we're home.

1100
01:39:58,935 --> 01:40:00,903
Straighten it out!

1101
01:40:21,587 --> 01:40:24,647
- We're getting sucked under!
- Which way?

1102
01:40:24,724 --> 01:40:27,987
- Back paddle! No, Wade, back!
- Mom!

1103
01:40:28,060 --> 01:40:32,461
- We're goin' under!
- Backwards! Pull it! Back!

1104
01:40:39,569 --> 01:40:42,661
That's it! That's it.

1105
01:40:42,740 --> 01:40:45,968
- We're out!
- All right, Mom!

1106
01:40:47,643 --> 01:40:49,906
Yahoo!

1107
01:40:49,977 --> 01:40:52,275
Yaaaah!

1108
01:40:57,884 --> 01:40:59,852
We did it!

1109
01:41:08,803 --> 01:41:11,364
- Yeah! Yeah!
- We made it!

1110
01:41:19,046 --> 01:41:22,742
- Back paddle! Back paddle!
- What?

1111
01:41:22,817 --> 01:41:25,841
- What are you doin'?
- I'm a little tired.

1112
01:41:25,917 --> 01:41:27,783
Can you untie Roarke now?

1113
01:41:29,221 --> 01:41:32,156
Sure. Why not?

1114
01:41:37,294 --> 01:41:39,489
Maggie!

1115
01:41:43,301 --> 01:41:45,426
Whoa!

1116
01:41:46,769 --> 01:41:48,498
Stay down!

1117
01:41:58,679 --> 01:42:00,510
Dad! Get him!

1118
01:42:03,851 --> 01:42:05,817
Mom!

1119
01:42:19,530 --> 01:42:23,590
- Gun.
- Let go of him! Let him go!

1120
01:42:23,667 --> 01:42:26,067
Hey! Terry!

1121
01:42:26,136 --> 01:42:28,195
No! No!

1122
01:42:28,270 --> 01:42:30,205
Pull that oar.
Keep pullin' on it for me.

1123
01:42:30,273 --> 01:42:32,262
- Pull it in hard. Hard!
- Okay.

1124
01:42:35,511 --> 01:42:38,446
Come on, my love!
All your might!

1125
01:42:52,459 --> 01:42:54,392
Come on, buddy!

1126
01:42:58,698 --> 01:43:02,360
Goddamn! Terry!
Gimme that goddamn money!

1127
01:43:02,434 --> 01:43:04,368
That bitch broke my arm!

1128
01:43:14,980 --> 01:43:19,812
Stop! Roarke, you take Maggie and run up
to those trees... now! Go! Go!

1129
01:43:19,882 --> 01:43:24,012
Don't shoot, Gail! No, no!
Don't shoot! Come on! Wait a minute!

1130
01:43:24,086 --> 01:43:26,020
Terry! Back off!

1131
01:43:26,088 --> 01:43:31,286
Back off, goddamn it!
Gail. Gail. Please.

1132
01:43:31,359 --> 01:43:35,022
I'm not gonna hurt you.
I'm not gonna hurt Roarke.

1133
01:43:36,730 --> 01:43:42,134
I just needed you to get us
down the river and, and you did that.

1134
01:43:42,201 --> 01:43:45,170
A-And you could just let
me and Terry be on our way and...

1135
01:43:45,238 --> 01:43:50,139
you could go back to your family and...
Oh, please, Gail.

1136
01:43:50,209 --> 01:43:54,200
Come on now. You can't kill me.
You're not like that.

1137
01:43:54,277 --> 01:43:57,042
'Cause if you kill me, Gail...

1138
01:43:57,114 --> 01:43:59,742
you're gonna spend
the rest of your life...

1139
01:43:59,816 --> 01:44:02,751
wonderin' if you had to kill me.

1140
01:44:04,087 --> 01:44:06,485
And there's no way...

1141
01:44:06,554 --> 01:44:10,047
There's no way
you're ever gonna know.

1142
01:44:12,160 --> 01:44:13,853
No way.

1143
01:44:31,076 --> 01:44:32,906
That's funny.

1144
01:44:34,346 --> 01:44:36,438
I thought there was one left too.

1145
01:44:40,251 --> 01:44:42,184
What am I talkin' to you for?

1146
01:44:45,155 --> 01:44:49,557
Kill him, Terry.
Catch that kid... and kill him too.

1147
01:44:49,625 --> 01:44:52,092
No!

1148
01:44:52,160 --> 01:44:54,754
Wrong, Wade.

1149
01:44:56,329 --> 01:44:58,264
There was a way.

1150
01:45:44,271 --> 01:45:46,330
Roarke!

1151
01:45:49,109 --> 01:45:52,977
Oh! Untie me, honey.
Roarke's okay.

1152
01:45:53,046 --> 01:45:56,880
Don't... Come on... Uh!

1153
01:45:56,949 --> 01:45:59,850
Oh, Roarke.
Oh, Roarke.

1154
01:45:59,917 --> 01:46:01,885
- Daddy!
- Oh, my God.

1155
01:46:18,301 --> 01:46:20,268
So were ya scared, Roarke?

1156
01:46:20,336 --> 01:46:23,271
Only of Wade and Terry.

1157
01:46:23,339 --> 01:46:25,465
But I wasn't scared
of the river.

1158
01:46:25,539 --> 01:46:28,441
I knew my mom could
handle the river.

1159
01:46:28,510 --> 01:46:32,343
And she brought you through
the Gauntlet by herself?

1160
01:46:32,412 --> 01:46:35,904
- Yeah.
- What about your father? What did he do?

1161
01:46:35,983 --> 01:46:38,850
My dad?

1162
01:46:45,756 --> 01:46:47,783
He saved our lives.
